Everything about Boutique Hotel Luna Granada made us feel at home. The front desk staff always greeted us with a smile while extending helpful tips regarding local sites and restaurants - all within walking distance. The hotel itself is equipped with complimentary water, tea, and coffee. These items remain fully stocked for guests to enjoy via the interior lobby courtyard. In fact, fresh drinking water was available to guests throughout their stay and at no extra charge. The interior courtyard is also where a buffet breakfast was served accompanied by a menu of made-to-order items like omelets, eggs, pancakes, and more. This was actually a distinguishing feature that most hotels in the region do not offer. We stayed in a lovely corner suite featuring a King bed and two balconies. The entrance of the suite doubles as a vanity and then opens to the main room. Off to the side was a water closet equipped with both toilet and shower. This set up would have worked fine if the vanity lights were not connected to the main room pot lights. The lighting meant that everyone had to be up at the same time. That aside, I cannot say how much we enjoyed this hotel and the friendliness of its staff.

This is a fantastic (and gorgeous!) hotel, and I would highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Granada. Before we ever arrived, their experience team was checking in with us to help accommodate airport transfers, make sure we get a room in the correct configuration, and gladly answered any questions we had. From arrival to checkout, reception staff was incredibly kind and thoughtful and truly made us feel at home — particularly Javi! They also offer complimentary water, hot chocolate, and coffee in their patio at all times — more hotels need to do this! From a location perspective, you can’t be more central. Everything is a 15 minute walk at most. The only kink with our stay was with housekeeping — they didn’t leave us any toilet paper or bath towels and left the trash full on our last day there. Bringing us toilet paper took 30 minutes and two calls to reception, which was a bit disappointing. We received bath towels immediately after realizing we were missing them later in the evening, though. Make sure to stay here. You won’t regret it!

We had a very good stay at Luna, which started already with a warm welcome at the reception desk. In no time a table was booked at the restaurant, after we asked for a recommendation. The room was just perfect. Good and comfortable bed and a great rain shower. Using the rituals products is just a great choice. The hotel itself is well and warm decorated with a very useful parking underneath. The location is good, maybe not directly in the oldest part of the city but everything at walking distance. Big shout out to the great staff! Very professional, just nice people which makes your stay at the hotel even better!!

This hotel is ideally located within walking distance of the main venues in the city and close to shops, cafes and bars. The welcome is exceptional. Parking is available at €21 per day. It is very tight and initially the system did not recognise our prerecorded number plate. A parking card is given at Reception and then all went smoothly with even a personalised welcome and goodbye on the parking machine. |The hotel is modern, bright and airy with a huge inner atrium for lounging with free coffee, tea or water, ordering drinks and for a sumptuous buffet breakfast with a huge array of choice, including hot food at €18 per person.|Most rooms overlook this area, although some face the outer main road. Our room was spacious with a super king, very comfy bed, great lighting, a shower room, separate toilet and washbasin area. Rituals toiletries, including hair conditioner and mini toiletries were welcome. The hairdryer has the cord attached to the wall and was not quite long enough to reach easily to see in the mirror and the chair too low to see what you were doing, so one slight flaw here. Standing up to dry hair for 30 mins. isn’t great. 2 bottles of water and nuts were also free. A safe and fridge, as well as a coffee machine and tea made our stay perfect.|All staff smile and are wonderfully helpful. On leaving a hand written thankyou card of the city was given to us; the car windows cleaned and another thankyou card left for us. Lovely touches that made guests feel valued. Highly...

A lovely, well appointed hotel in an excellent spot in the centre of Granada. It's easy to walk to all the major attractions and there are plenty of cafés and bars nearby. All staff are so friendly and welcoming. Rooms are spacious with comfy super king beds, hanging rails, a safe, fridge, a range of lighting options, large TV, desk and chairs. Rutual toiletries and handy items eg shaving and teeth kits are provided. Most rooms overlook a bright and airy atrium where a sumptuous breakfast buffet is served for €18 from 7.30 am. Some rooms overlook a main road. Tea and coffee are free and available 24 hours. The rooftop swimming pool is tiny. More of a plunge pool, but the views from there of the Sierra are spectacular and comfy loungers are available with parasols dotted around: a pleasant area to relax. There's an underground carpark at €21 per day. It's very tight but not impossible and becomes easier once familiarised with a parking technique. Reception give guests a card on arrival to exit and enter. A welcome notice appears on the barrier which is a nice touch. Our windscreen was washed as we left with a lovely note. We also received a postcard of Granada with a handwritten thank you for staying. Very personal touches made you feel valued as a guest. We would not hesitate to return and highly...
