Restaurante Qadima — Restaurant in Granada

One of the best meals I have ever had. Every dish tasted and was presented amazingly as was the service. Both the waiter and chef were clearly very passionate and knowledgeable about what they do and created a meal and atmosphere that is easily the best I have experienced in Spain and among the best that I've had in my entire life. The food was elevated but not pretentious and wonderfully inventive. I truly cannot recommend any of the tuna dishes enough, each piece just melted onto my tongue.

We spent a lovely evening at an outdoor table next to a beautiful little church. The dishes are upscale and creative but the cost were similar to much more ordinary restaurants so the value is excellent. The restaurant specializes in red tuna.
