We decided to go here on our first night as was getting late. Good to see lots of locals eating here which is always a good sign to me. The pizza base was tasty and there was a good selection of toppings. We had a slight issue when the waiter didn’t understand what we had ordered but was quickly resolved and a correct pizza arrived promptly. Not a lot of atmosphere but you can’t expect that for a restaurant on the road. All went downhill the following evening when my daughter decided to go back and was told by the same waiter that the restaurant was closed, however they then took two more customers in for food. Read moreWe decided to visit Café Pizzeria El Paseo spontaneously in the evening, but unfortunately, the experience was rather disappointing. The atmosphere seemed inviting at first glance, but that was about the only highlight of our visit.
The biggest issue was communication. Since I don’t speak perfect Spanish, there were significant difficulties placing my order. The staff didn’t seem very flexible or willing to bridge the language gap, and as a result, I didn’t even receive a main course.
