El Pirata Pizza Ibiza Ristorante & Bar — Restaurant in Ibiza

We approached the restaurant, greeted by the man at 9:15pm. There was a table of four outside (two tables pushed together) or were told we could sit inside.as we didn’t wasn’t to sit inside we were told they could not sit us at the outside table, so we went to try and find somewhere else. We walked around for 10 minutes and unable to find anywhere returned here to see if any tables had become available, only to find that the table of four had been broken up into x2 tables of two and two people were sat at the table. Why did they not do this for us when we came? He then conveniently sat us down at the remaining table. I ordered a bottle of wine (€21) and the guy came back after a few minutes and suggested I get a €28 bottle of wine, which I said I didn’t want. Strange. When I ordered my main course he then tried to get me to change my main course from salmon to prawns on the specials board. Anyway I continued with the main I actually wanted. Both of the main dishes we ordered (salmon tagliatelle and bolognaise) were absolutely tasteless, I had to drench mine in Parmesan to get any kind of flavour. The only positive was the portion was large. After getting the bill we almost paid until I noticed two deserts were on my bill at €13 euros. I would not return as it was like they were just constantly trying to get more money out of us and the food was bland. Definitely not authentic...

Very poor service, unfriendly, presents the customer as if you have no idea. They forgot that we ordered a 2nd course. Then we were asked if we wanted to order something. We said that we ordered something, the order was only given to the kitchen. Then they brought us the wrong food. 2 seafood pastas and a pizza. We sent it back. We waited 45 minutes for 2 pizzas and a portion of pasta carbonara. When we mentioned that we did not like the service, the waiter said that we have no idea about the kitchen and when the restaurant is full that it is normal. There were about 8 other customers. 4 of them were already at dessert. The waiter himself was drinking all the time wine and shots. The food was not good....

The service at this restaurant is really great! The two Italian men who were serving us were very welcoming, positive and smiling which made the whole atmosphere amazing. However, there was one girl who only came when we had to pay and she seemed a little bit rude, she didn’t really pass the vibe compared to everyone else.

The food was good and came within 20 minutes, the prices are reasonable, the pizzas are definitely cheaper that other spots...
