Restaurant La Tagliatella | Eivissa — Restaurant in Ibiza

We have lived in Ibiza for years and walked past this restaurant this afternoon. In the summer it is always full of tourists so we thought let's give it a try. Inside it was very busy but we were able to get a table without a reservation.

I soon realized that it was some kind of factory, because everything went fast fast fast. We ordered Burrata as a starter and it was very cold inside. A good Burrata should be at room temperature.

As a main course both a Pizza. The pizza base was paper thin. The side was still fairly crispy, but more towards the middle it was wet and everything fell apart. Here again we could see and taste that it is quickly made quickly. You tasted no love or craft for the profession at all.

We ordered dessert and within 1 minute it was on the table straight from the fridge.

And way too expensive for what you get. 90 euros for 2 people for a very poor quality lunch. Ridiculous!

Did you enjoy it? No! Was the food good No! Will I ever...

We ask cannelloni and pizza , the cannelloni was very weird with no sause and the meat was horrible, the pizza was cold and the tomato sauce was not made at all . But the worst was the waitress. We didn't order bread for starter ( she said that we order because she didn't get what we ask ) when that bread come we said that we don't want bread ( we thought was the couvert ) we send the bread back because we didn't ask and we didn't want ( she order for us because she think we ask .. so at list she should ask why we don't want the bread ) . When the bill arrived there was this focaccia for paying ( we didn't order ) we let her know about this and she insist that we order ... And after I said to her ... Imagine if I order this ... At list you need to ask why I'm sending this back... She refuse to change the bill, she didn't apologize and she was very rude...

No es la primera vez que vamos a comer a este restaurante. La diferencia de esta vez, es que tuvimos que presenciar faltas de respeto INACEPTABLES( no era la primera vez)por parte del que creemos que era el jefe(ya que no iba uniformado). La cosa desencadenó cuando dicha persona daba órdenes a una chica, órdenes las cuales eran contradictorias, pero dejando esto a un lado. No tuvo mejor que idea, que empezar a dar voces, a gritarle, a hacer comentarios despectivos hacia ella y su país e idioma (rumano, por lo que escuchamos). Además, también entre gritos y más gritos, pudimos escuchar como este señor tan MALEDUCADO hacia comentarios como "madre mía madre mía qué paciencia, tengo ganas de reventarle la cabeza" y diciendo con tono de ironía que lamentaba que ella no entendiese sus órdenes, que el no habla rumano. Lo más chocante fue lo de reventarle la cabeza. Considero que teniendo un cargo como tal, debes dar ejemplo, y cuidar tu imagen y la del establecimiento ante el público. Los problemas y mal entendidos se resuelven en privado, en calma y sin faltas de respeto. Fue una cena horrible, muy incómoda, nos fuimos al instante, y de verdad, que pena ver la cara de la chica y como trataba de mantener la calma. Cosas así no se deben permitir, fue una falta de respeto increíble hacia la empleada y hacia aquellos que estábamos tratando de tener una cena tranquila. Gente así no debe tener ningún poder o al menos deben saber respetar. Y gente como aquella empleada, debería darse cuenta que no merece esos tratos y que sus servicios siempre fueron un 10/10, la cogerían en cualquier otro sitio. ...
