Location is very poor, it's old building next to a very congested road, all night the traffic and cars beeping! So much noise from the street. |There is no lift the only access was a very narrow stair case if you had Heavy suitcase or mobility difficulties it's not suitable. |The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything goes on not only next room but the whole building, just constant banging sounds, different type of noise.|The in room shower ( just a shower in the wall) is narrow disgusting looking, I couldn't bring myself standing inside. |The shared bathroom is small and compact, fairly dated, i wouldn't say as far as dirty, but it's constantly wet floor not the most pleasant. let just say I couldn't shower while my stay, I had to wait till I get home the next day. |The locks in the bathroom also rusted old type of shutter flap, which injured my boyfriend when he couldn't unlock himself from inside. |The room is not dirty but I don't feel it's clean to a good standard. The floor is quite sandy, hair here there, Mouls in the fridge. the mattress is sinking memory form. I only weight 55kg, and I completely sinks in, so uncomfortable. One pillow per guest, when requested extra duvet it came with no duvet cover. I mean I have a deep problem with hygiene going on in this place.|It's not even cheap, it was 150 pounds per night. I guess that just Ibiza ripping tourist off. |I wouldn't stay here again even it was free, because there is no relaxation or enjoyment value to my holiday whatsoever, I would rather pay more for better place. After all why bother staying during my holiday if which would make me uncomfortable. |The staff wasn't rude, but definitely no customer service, I was trying to check in, I think they are changing shift that the two girls had to hand over things. So they were talking in Spanish between themselves for good 15 mins kept me standing at the reception waiting. I think they should have attend guests first. |However, I still love Ibiza I stayed in a much better place before this...

Read moreWe stayed here for two nights, and it was okay for a short visit. The room was small and lacked atmosphere, but being on the street side gave us a nice view.
Unfortunately, our room was not cleaned during our stay, and even after asking twice, we didn’t receive clean towels—despite this being mentioned in the listing. The shared bathrooms (two showers and two toilets on the first floor) were generally fine; we never had to wait. Occasionally, toilet paper ran out, and we had to ask at the front desk for more.
Our room was next to someone who smoked indoors and played loud music. Although a staff member passed by, it didn’t seem like they enforced the non-smoking policy.
Most of the staff didn’t speak English (and we don’t speak much Spanish, sorry!), but they were friendly, and with Google Translate we managed to get by.
The location, however, was excellent! Very convenient and central. That said, I wouldn’t choose to...
