Turkish Kebab Campanario — Restaurant in La Oliva

So we arrived in the evening, 13th November, we ordered chicken popcorn with fries ,margarita and a calzone pizza , it was very poor quality, almost frozen food like quality that you get from hyper dino and it was over cooked might I add. Furthermore, I ordered a milk shake, it came to the table, warmer than room temperature, it tasted like UHT, long life milk out of a carton, clearly no ice or ice cream was added. You could tell it wasn’t cold by the fact that my girlfriend’s Fanta’s glass had condensation on the outside; the manager put his hands around the glass and said “it’s cold” which is complete bullocks.

They tried to charge us full price for everything, bear in mind I took one tiny sip out of the milkshake, and they got it on the order for flavour anyway.

He called security because I said I would not pay for that dog food, security called police, 6 armed police officers showed up for 30 euro bill not being payed, which is in my right to refuse if service is well below standard of customer service. The police talked with the owner/manager/ chef, about the situation and legality of the claim.

The outcome was I did not have to pay the bill despite the “guy” that raged at me unprofessionally “ you will pay! CHARGE HIM”. And I feel sorry for the police officers that showed up for 30 euros for pizza, chicken and fries that tasted like a toilet. 🚽

I was so happy when I saw a Turkish kebab place in this town. I love kebabs! We ordered two chicken kebabs one in Pita and another Durum style with hot sauce. The hot sauce was fire 🔥🔥 very nice tingling which comes from Sichuan papers. My wife's Pita kebab had a light yogurt style sauce which was very pleasant. The owner is making all the sauces in house. Highly recommend...
