Unfortunately, our visit to this restaurant was disappointing, mainly due to the unprofessional attitude of the waiter. From the very beginning, when we said we only wanted coffee, we were met with reluctance and overheard comments in Spanish — even though it was clear we didn’t understand the language.
Before placing our order, we specifically asked how the iced coffee and bruschetta were prepared. Despite this, we were not informed that ingredients were running low or that the bruschetta would be served differently than expected. What we received looked more like toasted bread with a single slice of tomato — nothing close to a proper bruschetta. When we brought this up, the waiter said they had run out of tomatoes — which turned out to be untrue, as the same type of bruschetta was served to another table just ten minutes later.
The iced coffee also didn’t match what we asked for — we wanted coffee served with ice inside, but were given a regular coffee and a separate glass with a single ice cube.
Our biggest issue was the lack of proper communication. Instead of explaining the situation and asking if we still wanted the dish, we were simply served something completely different without any warning. We felt ignored and treated unfairly.
Thankfully, the manager was more professional and allowed us to pay only for the plates we actually ate.
We won’t be coming back — the lack of respect for customers completely ruined...

We understand some Spanish, so we could follow what the waiter said at the beginning and to other customers as well. That’s why we communicated in English—to avoid misunderstandings. No one expected you to speak Polish.
The conversation with the waiter about the dishes happened right after they were served—he himself explained that the tomatoes had run out, which is why the food looked the way it did.
As my friend mentioned in her review, we expected something different in terms of quality, and the price was not the issue. Is it really too much for a restaurant to properly prepare food for a group of nine people?
Your response, which includes insulting a customer and twisting the facts of what actually happened, is very disappointing and poor marketing.
Leaving the whole situation aside, the appearance of the bruschetta was far from what a properly made one should look like. For comparison, I’m attaching a photo of the bruschetta used in your Google promotion versus what we actually...
