Soy cliente habitual de este restaurante chino desde hace bastante tiempo. La comida, en general, está muy buena, los platos tienen buen sabor y las raciones suelen ser generosas. Por eso mismo he seguido pidiendo a pesar de algunas experiencias negativas anteriores, pero lo que ha pasado hoy me ha hecho replantearme seriamente si volveré.

Llamé por teléfono para hacer un pedido y el trato que recibí por parte del jefe fue realmente desagradable. Me atendió de manera apresurada, cortante, y con muy poca educación. En ningún momento mostró interés por lo que le estaba diciendo, y más bien parecía que le molestaba tener que coger el teléfono. Pensé que quizás estaban desbordados y el restaurante estaría lleno, pero al llegar me sorprendió ver que solo había dos mesas ocupadas. No había ningún motivo para esa actitud tan borde y brusca.

Lo más grave fue que pedí tallarines sin gambas, algo que siempre aclaro muy bien cada vez que pido. Aun así, una vez más los trajeron con gambas, como si no hubieran escuchado absolutamente nada de lo que dije. Esto ya me ha pasado varias veces y sinceramente, es inaceptable.

En mi caso, simplemente no me gustan las gambas, pero si fuera alérgico estaría hablando de una emergencia médica. No es un detalle menor ni un simple descuido; es una falta total de cuidado y responsabilidad con lo que el cliente pide. Me da la impresión de que no toman en serio las indicaciones especiales, y eso es muy peligroso.

Una verdadera lástima, porque la cocina es buena y hay platos que realmente merecen la pena, pero el trato por parte del responsable del local y la falta de atención al cliente son tan graves que hacen que la experiencia se vuelva muy negativa.
