La Tasca de Berna — Restaurant in La Orotava

The worst experience, worst food we ever had! After having a living worm inside my burger, the waitress, who was very kind actually, offered me another plate wich i obiously declined. While payping for the bill, i mentioned that we were not happy and that i will leave a bad review on Google (which is obvious after having bad food with low Hygiene, horrible taste and a living worm eating the salad leave in my Burger), instead of getting some empathy and a sincere apology, the owner started shouting at me and humiliated me in front of his staff and guests saying:" You can write whatever you want on Google, don't come and threaten me in my place, and now just get out of here"

Now about the food:

The best salad they have (Parmesan Salad) come with canned pineaapple and defrozen strawberries that taste and look horrible... And i thought that you cannot do much wrong in a salad...

The Black Angus burger, other than the fact that i comes with living organisims, has nothing to do with black angus and is a frozen patty of some mix of cheap meat (not even sure it has meat) bought from a discounter...

Ayer probe su pechuga en Adobo. Pedida para llevar. Me gusto bastante por lo cual me decidí a probar hoy a cenar. Lastima mi gran decepción cuando vamos 2 mesas a cenar en horario abierto y nos dicen que ésta cerrado ya por hoy. A las 21:30 de la noche con horario puesto como abierto y sin ninguna mesa. Pues no entiendo pa que estipulan horarios si no los van a cumplir. Encima de la caminata que hay que pegarse para llegar al sitio uno recibe ese trato. Pues lo lamento la buena impresión que me habia llevado el primer dia lo votaron por la borda en 2...

Buenas calidad, buen servicio, buen ambiente, Alfonso siempre nos ofrece un trato sublime y Verónica nos atiende y nos trata con mucha profesionalidad y cariño que le caracteriza. La tasca de Berna ofrece un ambiente y una gastronomía peculiar y exquisita. Tanto es así que la elegimos varias veces en semana y para varios eventos cotidianos como es un desayuno, un picoteo o un buen rato con un buen vino. Gracias chicos por dejarnos disfrutar en tan buen lugar...... Cómo siempre...
