F29 bar — Restaurant in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria

Hey guys! We really enjoyed the place and the concept of the bar is nice, but you should treat your customers as humans instead of numbers. It was quite uncomfortable for me as I paid my drink/food - I consumed only one Malibu Cola and a gyoza - before I left and later you told to my friends I didnt pay and made to pay my friends again for the same thing. Don't gambling with my/your customers reputation. I paid with credit card and I attached the pic of the transaction. I could have been a long-time customer for you as I'm living here, but I'm gonna spread the word about your bar is a SCAM and I will never recommend the place. Actually with this behaviour you should fly...

Most likely the most amazing bar in whole of Gran Canaria. It is owned and decorated by a really nice and welcoming ex-helicopter pilot. All the furniture is made out of original historical airplane/helicopter parts. If you ask kindly, the owner has a story to every detail at the bar.

They have local beers and amazing cocktails. Even the employees are wearing pilot uniforms...

This bar is a must see in Gran Canaria!!! Also really good for a date 😏

I ordered a "bubble" cocktail which they say on the menu comes with a large bubble on it (and I found pics of it in another review) : I got a classic cocktail in a classic cocktail glass, and still was charged €10,5 for it. The waiter spilled some of it when putting it on the table and he didn't bring anything to clean the glass afterwards. I didn't like the music inside. I had to find another chair because the one I initially had was dirty. The concept is good but the service isn't up...
