McDonald's — Restaurant in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria

It's so disappointing to go to a franchise and expect certain standards are maintained then I experience this: Wait for 15 minutes after I ordered My order number does not appear on the screen the whole time I spent in the restaurant After asking an employee to please check, what's up with the order, she says it's all good, just take a seat and don't worry about it, it's coming right up, and pointing at a tray that is being prepared. Then I watch the sane tray to be handed out to a guest who came after me Waiting 10 more minutes because it must be my mistake and it was only a similar order and not mine. Then asking again showing my receipt to please check if there's anything that matches the order, and after all this watching the employees giving me a certain expression, and seeing them finally putting together my order... I respect the people that prepare the food I eat, but if the service goes this bad, and nobody says sorry then I always feel like that the aforementioned respect...

:) Still absolutely one of our favourite McDonald's Restaurants in Gran Canaria. Great easy spot to bicycle too and from with access to the whole North / South bicycle trails and routes away from cars and perfect for families. Has free kids play park beside this McDonald's and for all the Shopping Malls food court area. The Shopping Mall is a great spot to escape the heat on hot days and rain on cold days. Washrooms now open on same floor as food court and they are free, public and clean too :) If you like the heat the outdoor Balcony space for eating has amazing views of the port and city. Now there is quick access to bathrooms or a place to wash hands as bathrooms are now open on the same floor - before you had to go down a floor and a bit of a walk. Top notch for McDonald's on the island. Still a small sad note is Mcds in Gran Cananria doesn't seem to offer Sausage or Bacon McMuffins anymore for...

Waited 47 minutes from I paid until I got the food. There was quite chaos in the queue, mant people shouting. The queue system may not have worked as intended or is it should be? People waved their receipts in the air and shouted their number to get their orders. The numbers were shouted out in Spanish. As an English speaking tourist was impossible to understand. The orders on the screen was completed in random. Is not recommended to go to this restaurant. Never more McD in Spain for me and my family!

This was a terrible experience wich ruined our trip...
