I absolutely do not recommend it. The street menu and the restaurant menu have different prices. En la noche de ayer he hecho un pedido a través de Uber Eats con ellos (21.00-22.30 más o menos). Llega equivocado. Los llamo y una mujer me sugiere de hacer otro pedido de una cuantidad mínima y que me habrían enviado el pedido original correctamente y de avisar ya que Uber Eats no hace cambio de pedido confirmados.

Sigo las instrucciones pero al hacer el pedido Uber no tenía repartidores. Hago un pedido para recoger, llamo para avisar (hablo con otra compañera y explico otra vez lo que ha pasado) y me aseguran que mi pedido llegara con Uber (que mejor no olvidarlo en su página no tenía repartidores disponibles). Decido de confiar en lo que me ha dicho la segunda compañera pero después de aproximadamente 30-40 minutos me llaman ellos.

Y desde aquí empieza la historia tragicómica. La segunda compañera y un tercero compañero que afirma con firmeza "de conocer la situación" me dicen que el repartidor nunca llegó para recoger el pedido (que raro, nunca me lo hubiera imaginado) que ellos no tienen la culpa y que (obviamente) incluso si sería yo que debería hablar a Uber Eats (porqué obviamente en su mundo los problemas con los colaboradores los van a solucionar los clientes) intentaran ponerse en contacto con el servicio de entrega. Me recuerdo de que “…cuando un hombre poco inteligente hace algo que le avergüenza, siempre dice que cumple con su deber…” (cit. George Bernard Shaw) y siendo perfectamente consciente de que mi pedido nunca llegará termino la conversación.

A las 00.48 el tercer compañero todavía no me ha llamado y el pedido obviamente no ha llegado. Pido el reembolso a Uber. Fin.

Para resumir: no era mi primer pedido con ellos y puedo valorar la comida según mi precedentes experiencias culinarias en un 3/5 total. He visto hoy por primera vez el trato con los clientes y la profesionalidad y dejar -5 ya sería mucho. Tengo que dejar 1 en Google porque 0 no puedo pero esa sería mi...

I would not recommend this place. We ordered fish croquettes and beef with fries. One of the tasteless and oil baked dish I ate on this island. Save your time and money and skip this place. For 30-40€ for couple lunch/dinner you can get so much better in other places.

P.s. stuff didn’t speak good english as well. P.s.s. When we asked if they have cocktails they said they don’t have Pina Colada, no Margarita and others cocktails we asked. So we ended up with beer and a wine.
