Disappointing Experience with Poor Service

My recent visit here left much to be desired. Despite a promising menu, the overall experience was marred by the abysmal service provided by one particular waiter. The individual, identified as a man wearing glasses, exhibited an alarming level of disrespect towards customers, particularly the elderly.

The lack of professionalism and evident arrogance detracted from what could have been an enjoyable dining experience. It's disheartening to witness such disregard for customer satisfaction in an establishment that should prioritize hospitality.

The restaurant itself holds potential with its menu offerings and ambiance. However, the behavior of this staff member, who appeared to have a disdainful attitude towards patrons, significantly impacted the overall atmosphere.

I sincerely hope that the management takes necessary steps to address these concerning behaviors. Improving customer service training and ensuring respect towards all patrons, regardless of age, would greatly enhance the restaurant's reputation and appeal.

I am extremely disappointed with this restaurant. The posted opening hours are completely misleading and don't match reality at all. I arrived just 15 minutes before their supposed closing time, only to find the staff already cleaning up and getting ready to leave. It's unclear when they actually close - certainly not at the time stated on their listing!

I don't understand why they would deliberately mislead customers by posting incorrect hours. This was not only frustrating but wasted my time and evening plans. Why bother posting business hours if you're not going to honor them? Very unprofessional and disrespectful to customers. My husband and I chose to eat at this restaurant based on the great reviews received from other customers in the past, through Google and TheFork.

The restaurant is located inside a local market, which has another 25 restaurants available on the spot, so it can get very loud and crowded.

The service was good, although the waiter didn't know anything about The Fork and our reservation.

The food was excellent, exactly what we hoped for. They don't have a big menu added in TheFork application, but in the restaurant they have a lot to choose from.
