The definite BEST restaurant in León.
When I got to investigate what the best restaurant to have a nice dinner in León was I found Casa Mando and some others, we walked around town during the afternoon to take a look at them all and in the end we chose this one. So we got around booking a table from the website and it was probably one of the most seamless and easy ways to book a table, even if it was from their website. We arrived at the booked time and we were kindly greeted by one of the employees who promptly guided us to our table and offered to put our jackets in the closet. The environment was among the greatest I've ever seen with a beautiful decoration accompanied by a warm fireplace which gave it a really nice touch. We then were quickly given the Menu for us to choose the food and drinks and I must say, I was impressed. This restaurant probably has the most considerate prices you'll find in this town, because even though you feel like you're in the most expensive restaurant in town, it's prices are not that high! My solomillo was astonishingly amazing and it was only 20€ and the prices for a glass of wine, for example, are among the cheapest I've seen for a really good wine. All in all, it gets a solid recommendation from me if you're...
Read moreTerrible. Very disappointing. We were at the restaurant at 20.40 with 3 people. The staff led us a very small table next to the main door, so I requested another table as there were heaps of empty tables without reservation signs. And the staff told me fully booked which is unbelievable, they said they can't give us any tables inside. I do not want to say "Racist" but it is such an unpleasant experience. DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU ARE NON SPANISH. Absolute disappointment. Interesting. You responded my review but how come were there still empty seats when we passed there after our dinner from somewhere if what you said was true? Whether it's true or not, you guys should work your...
