During our visiting Lugo for two days we were late in the old city and decided to have a fast dinner. Found the Tele Istambul Doner Kebab on google as a short walking distance from the city wall. Nice place not too busy at the time with a variety of food not only kebab. They have some combinations of menu and various options of order, flexible for menu adjustments of requested (we were traveling with kids). Edito mi reseña y mi valoración. El problema con el envio del pedido es fue un fallo externo al restaurante. Me han llamado para disculparse por lo ocurrido, para explicarme lo que pasó y para compensarme con otra comida, algo que sin duda les honra. No he aceptado la invitación porque entiendo que en realidad no es culpa de ellos. Sigo sin recomendar el servicio a domicilio pero sin duda si recomiendo el restaurante, la comida es súper rica y el personal ha demostrado ser chapó. ------‐----------------- No me gusta dar valoraciones negativas pero es que es la segunda vez que nos ocurre lo mismo en este local (no habrá tercera, eso fijo) y creo que la gente antes de pedir debería de tener en cuenta esto. Como digo, es la segunda vez que pedimos a domicilio y nos han tardado 1 hora y media en traer el pedido. Si, si, 1 hora y media!!! Un día entre semana, viviendo a 20 minutos andando del restaurante. La primera vez que nos pasó creímos que sería algo puntual pero no, ya es mucha casualidad que hoy nos ocurriera lo mismo. Hice el pedido a las 2 y cuarto de la tarde y llego a las 4 menos 20 (me tuve que ir SIN COMER de casa).

La comida estará rica... pero a mi al menos no me compensa pedir al medio día para tomarlo recaliente a la noche.
