Wow! What a fantastic dinner at 87 Fusión Tapas & Drinks yesterday evening! This small, hidden gem is an absolute must-visit. The friendliness of the staff and chef was genuinely wonderful, making us feel instantly welcome. We surprised our friends with a dinner at this restaurant and knew they would be blown away, and they truly were. The owner and dedicated chef has outdone himself again with new creations. We devoured the mouthwatering and delicious dishes— they were all incredibly creative! We had the strawberry burrata summer salad, crispy croissant with tuna tartare, smooth brioche with grilled vegs and one with pork rib and Korean BBQ sauce, prawn gyozas, octopus toast, wine, strawberry mojito, espresso... The white chocolate tiramisu and coconut pannacotta for desert delivered an unforgettable burst of flavour. Considering the quality, the value for money is great. The place was packed, proving its popularity; we were so glad we booked in advance! Seriously, this spot can easily compete with Málaga's big-name restaurants due to the chef's continued hard work and innovation. A brilliant addition to the food scene! Don't miss it! Pongamos que hablamos del Soho, en uno de los extremos de la Calle Vendeja, ..., pongamos que hablamos de 87 FUSION TAPAS & DRINKS.

Nada más divisar su fachada, sospechas que te encuentras en un lugar especial. Un lugar pequeño y coqueto, con tres espacios, COCINA, barra y salón. No es un lugar enorme, pero de seguro, tú quedarás perdido en su distribución, y en sus innumerables detalles llenos de buen gusto y autenticidad... Lo tiene todo para poder ser calificado como DIFERENTE Y AUTÉNTICO, respira una Filosofía especial y distinta al resto de locales.

La Maestra de Ceremonias, Tina, con la alegría que transmite te hará sentirte muy bien atendido. Para empezar te recomendará tus posibilidades en la bebida, cerveza y vinos..., después tú eliges, que el comer y el beber es algo muy personal.

Acto seguido comienza un paseo por sus TAPAS. Todas ellas elaboradas artesanalmente por Aquiles en la cocina, tras la barra y a la vista, cocina en vivo y en directo. Una de croquetas, una gyozas, una de ravioli, una de... Capital pecado el de la gula. Y sobre todo se nota que son tapas sin trampa, nada es prefabricado, todo ha sido elaborado a mano y con mucho mimo y cariño por el detalle y lo bien hecho, CON MUCHO SABOR. Si repites, puede que te lleves la sorpresa de que la misma tapa de antes, tiene un detalle que la singulariza y distingue de la anterior... Es lo mismo pero diferente. Un Mundo Mágico este del 87.

Mi tapa favorita, las Gyozas... No tengo más palabras. Pruébalo y dime qué me equivoco.

Y llegó el momento postre, porque aunque vas de tapas, aquí sirven postres de reglamento, perfectamente customizados. Yo he tenido la suerte de probar dos, la copa de tiramisú y el ferrero roché... Y elijo los dos.

Lamentablemente no tuve tiempo de poder probar sus cócteles..., será mi siguiente aventura en...

We booked this small local tapas bar after reading reviews online. We were not disappointed. Everything was fantastic. the service, the food, the staff and the feel of the place. We had croquettes, goat cheese delight, homemade gyoza, meatballs and bread. It all tasted amazing and freshly cooked in the small kitchen open to the bar, it certainly filled us up.

Coming in at just over £60 for the food with 3 beers and two wines, it isn’t the cheapest place to eat but given the quality and size of portions, it was very good value for money.

I would recommend this place to anyone if you can find it down the back street and worth booking a...
