Azafrán — Restaurant in Málaga

The food was ok, although I can't really junge since it was the first time I had Moroccan food. I had this pie with chicken, it was tasty. The problem was the waiting time. I must've water it in 5 minutes and waited more than an hour. First for the waiter to get my order, then to get my food, and finally to pay. There weren't event that many people. Only 5 tables were occupied. There was only one waiter, and by no means, we wasn't lazy or anything. He was constantly running through the restaurant and attending that bar. But I dont know what was going on in the kitchen. Since I was alone, for me it wasn't that bad. But I noticed for the other people who came in groups, they didn't get their food at the same time. We like a lot Couscous & looked for a restaurant in Malaga. This restaurant we just stepped in for lunch without any information on the way back home from the gym. We had 1/2 salade casa, 1/2 Couscous lamb en Casa & 1/2 Couscous vegetable en casa.(ask some broth & harissa(spicy sauce) We agree that this is the most probably one of the best we had so far. We've just came back from Tangier, Morocco 3 days trip. We had every day Tajin and couscous though still this one was the best. I bought some species to make couscous at home. Seriously....Worst couscous I ever ate. I have many friends from Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, so I've tried many types of traditional and home-made couscous. I also travelled to Morocco and Tunisia and ate couscous with locals, nothing turisty or in hotel. I also cook couscous and even mine is a delish comparing to this one. Couscous is actually my favourite dish. But this one ... fatty meat ... and literally a ton of raisin when in traditional couscous there is none or just very few but 2 tins...I say it again, the worst couscous I ever had.
