Caramello Salato café — Restaurant in Málaga

A great part of the menu is just till 4p.m, most toasts/sandwiches are out of stock. They offer to replace salami for bacon and accepted. The sandwich was two big slices of bread with tons of rocket, 3 slices of bacon and a bit of mozzarella spread with spicy paprika. Ridiculous for the price. Don't get the high local score at all. UPDATE. I write the review in the language I want and don't care about you remember me or not. English is mostly know by locals an foreigners. I did not order coffe, so you not remember that well. Limited menu till 4 pm is info, if you take it negativelly that's your problem. I had to change the food order 3 times because you have no stock in the menu that is suppose to be available. If you do not have it do not put in the menu or at least inform at first. No need to change 3 times because you did not inform about it. (still I put 3 stars and 4 about the place) The ingredients could be fantastic, but is was a sandwich of basically bread and rocket (thats the 1 start about), I picked the bacon because you offer it. Bacon is MUCH cheapper than italian salami you are so proud, but you did not put an acceptable amount neither reduce the price. I score as I consider, negative or positive. The more I believe the score does not match the reallity the more different will be my choice. I put 5 stars in several places in Malaga if you get 1 think about it. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Food is good BUT the service is HORRENDOUS! Our waitress is rude, can’t multitask and oblivious. Asked for a table for 3, waited for her to clean up the floor as she dropped a tray of drinks. Asked if we could just seat ourself at the open table but was advised to wait. After she cleaned everything she seated us at a dirty table. ordered a smoothie bowl and pancakes for my daughter (husband was on the way). I asked to move over a table to accommodate seating 3 (end table), she said NO. 10min in a family of 4 arrives and she asks us to move to the table that I suggested! My husband arrived at the time of my smoothie bowl. In the meantime the table of 4 orders and receives their meals, including pancakes. We still don’t have our pancakes. After finally receiving our pancakes she asks my husband for his order - to which he responded “no sorry, not if the service is like this”. He got up and left to another cafe as my daughter and I stayed to finish our breakfast. ...

PS: Oh, how utterly fascinating it must be to know the epic saga of caramello salato, the heroic tale of overpriced avocados and unwelcome smiles! Clearly, I should have been more empathetic to your struggles as a hipster brunch restaurant charging an arm and a leg for the privilege of dining there. My sincerest apologies for not comprehending the profound connection between your kitchen's elaborate avocado transformations and the steep prices you impose.

You see, I thought my review was a mere reflection of my experience, but I now understand that it was my duty to uplift your establishment, no matter the cost.
