Foster's Hollywood — Restaurant in Málaga

We have been using fosters Hollywood's for over 10 years on.our summer holidays, but this time was the worst ever, service is always pretty slow and staff never that friendly (they may be over worked or under paid) firstly we were sat down for like 20 minutes with out anyone asking us for drinks we had to ask, then we ordered food, 2 x director's burgers 1x black label chicken 1x smash type burger and 2 x kids menu dishes, kids and burgers were ok, but not that hot but ok, the black lable chicken was stone cold and we waited ages for that, we were all nearly finished by the time it arrived, we sent it back saying its cold, waited another 10 minutes and the same dish came back out this time piping hot, obviously microwaved, so we said we are not eating that as it could have been sat in the kitchen for ages, so sent it back and asked for it to be removed from the bill, we also had to ask for cutlery, so ended up at mcdonalds to get a quick burger, will never visit this restaurant again, absolute disgrace, also no hand soap in toilets and no loo roll in ladies,

They need to have happy staff and sort out the way food is sent out, really...

i decided to wait at least overnight before i write down anything… now,its over 20 hrs.

visited FH & ordered new yorker. told waiter that i do NOT want fries/potatoes/rice,but maybe some veggies or salad on side.

got a piece of meat. started to chew it. one staff member (mger?) saw my plate and asked do u want some salad on side, i said yes,pls.

keep on chewing.salad never came. no worries ,as a low carb guy i’m used to that menu-improvisation is not very common or easy.specially in bulkpits.

anyway, the main thing was that i am not sure did i got sirloin steak or chef’s boots. even with my specially strong bite it was almost impossible to minc it to swallowble form. thats a shame in spain which i known of hq meat dishes.

as i was hungry like a wolf i kept my mouth shut & finished the meat. coz i know i might be werbally rude on that state of mind.

service on all forms was unpro

conclusion:

when ya visit this huge shoppin mall,do never evr visit a yankee based franchise ”restaurant” which is located near entrance. never.ever.

I had previously had a few good experiences here. But on my last visit. Not so much really. When you go out to eat with someone, you want your food to come together. not one persons 15 minutes before the other. I get it in tapas restaurants, everyone's sharing and it just comes out as it comes out. But in American culture (which this restaurant is emulating) people eat together. not sit there watching the other eat, then you sit there watching them eat. Or you sit there watching yours go cold waiting for theirs to come out. They also didn't bother to give us cutlery so had to go in and ask for some. Food was average.. in fact my chips were cold.

On the upside the staff were pleasant enough. Just food should all come...
