In my extensive travels around the world I have come, without intention, to review and judge many Gelato locations. Lucciano’s Malaga caught my eye as I was walking back to my hotel from the Central Market. It was the large sign stating Maestro Del Gelato (Master of Gelato) that drew me in to challenge or confirm this claim. The store is very well designed and decorated. It is very clean and welcoming. The staff is friendly and prompt with the service. I usually have a mango and a lemon flavor since I can compare these two favorite flavors to other Gelato shops I have been too. When I took my first taste of the Mango I was floored. It was awesome. It was fresh tasting. It was clean and did not have that usually chemical taste that a lot of mango flavored gelatos have. The lemon was equally superb. I quickly hunted down the owner Santiago and praised his work. He explained how they were very careful in the process of making their gelato. He also went to the back and gave me a taste of something new they were working on. It contains several dessert wine flavours and other items I can’t disclose as I promised not too. It was also outstanding and different from anything I have ever tasted. If you’re in Malaga you MUST give Lucciano’s a try. You will not be sorry.

Lucciano's Gelato in Malaga is a delightful gelateria that offers a taste of authentic Italian gelato right in the heart of the city. This charming little shop is known for its rich and creamy gelato made with high-quality ingredients and traditional techniques. With a wide range of flavors to choose from, including classic favorites like pistachio and chocolate, as well as unique creations like mango chili and salted caramel, there's something to please every palate at Lucciano's Gelato. Whether you're strolling along the sunny streets of Malaga or looking for a sweet treat to cool off on a hot day, Lucciano's Gelato is the perfect spot to satisfy your cravings. The friendly staff and cozy atmosphere make it a delightful place to indulge in a scoop or two of delicious gelato, making it a must-visit destination for gelato lovers in Malaga.🤤🥲🇮🇹💛🧡

Gelato and ice-cream stops are all over the city, though Lucciano's was recommended to me by a friend who visited multiple times and tried various ones. I must say, beautifully recommend place and thus recommending to everyone who reads this review or checks out Lucciano's! Located beautifully minutes walking from central Malaga and on the outskirts of Soho, this place really is just amazing. Well serviced, organized (especially with a line and crowd waiting) and various options of cups, cones, sticks and sizes. Not to mention, all the flavors there available too! Their sorbet's were my favorite and if you've got a sweet tooth, they said their dulce de leche and pistachio were the best sellers.

As they advertise that feedback is important for them, I will leave a quick and honest review. I am from a city, Bologna, where there is a special school to teach how to make excellent ice cream. And for that reason, we have a couple of shops that sell amazing ice cream, highly appreciated from all locals and tourists. This said, I have some expectations when someone mentions "Italian ice cream". I bought a medium size cup with chocolate (Lucciano's) and tiramisù. While the first one was good, tiramisù turned out to be very weak and almost flavorless. I am very surprised that such an iconic dessert has been translated into an ice cream with such poor character. Over all, for my experience, this is a 3 out of 5 just because of the chocolate. My siggestion: better have only a few but strong flavors instead of adding creative ones that...
