In my extensive travels around the world I have come, without intention, to review and judge many Gelato locations. Lucciano’s Malaga caught my eye as I was walking back to my hotel from the Central Market. It was the large sign stating Maestro Del Gelato (Master of Gelato) that drew me in to challenge or confirm this claim. The store is very well designed and decorated. It is very clean and welcoming. The staff is friendly and prompt with the service. I usually have a mango and a lemon flavor since I can compare these two favorite flavors to other Gelato shops I have been too. When I took my first taste of the Mango I was floored. It was awesome. It was fresh tasting. It was clean and did not have that usually chemical taste that a lot of mango flavored gelatos have. He also went to the back and gave me a taste of something new they were working on. It contains several dessert wine flavours and other items I can’t disclose as I promised not too. It was also outstanding and different from anything I have ever tasted. If you’re in Malaga you MUST give Lucciano’s a try. You will...
Read moreAs they advertise that feedback is important for them, I will leave a quick and honest review. While the first one was good, tiramisù turned out to be very weak and almost flavorless. I am very surprised that such an iconic dessert has been translated into an ice cream with such poor character. Over all, for my experience, this is a 3 out of 5 just because of the chocolate. My siggestion: better have only a few but strong flavors instead of adding creative ones that...
