Pizzería Artesanal La Fainá — Restaurant in Málaga

We visited this wonderful Pizzeria a few days ago during our stay in Malaga and it was well worth the visit. The family the restaurant is run by is nothing less than kind, welcoming and incredibly friendly, it truly felt like we were welcomed into their home, especially as we could sit and enjoy the wonderful artwork by the owner's grandchildren hung from the walls.

As vegans, it has been tricky find 100% plant-based options in Malaga but thanks to Pizzeria Artesanal La Faina, this was not an issue. Not only did they have a full plant based menu (alongside their regular menu), they also went out of their way to source vegan desserts for customers and explain these in careful detail to us. Turns out, the daughter of the owner is vegan so has designed the menu accordingly.

We ordered the cheesy fries, the BBQ tofu pizza and the verde pizza. All three of these items were delicious and really generous in size so it was well worth the money. We also walked away with a cake-like dessert made with dates which we adored and enjoyed in our hotel later on. We really recommend visiting this place, if not for the delicious food then for the wonderful family this is restaurant is run by. We hope to visit when we come to Malaga...

Me habían mencionado esta pizzería como una de las mejores, he visto sus reseñas, tal vez las personas que acudieron nunca han probado la auténtica masa de una pizza Argentina, he comido muchas a lo largo de mi vida en Argentina y en diferentes provincias, por lo tanto tengo conocimiento de lo que voy a expresar: la masa cartón coarrugado, literal, las empanadas en Fuengirola, que es donde vivo, 10 veces mejores que las que probamos, el tamaño...., el relleno..., el precio está bien, pienso que por ese precio no se le pueden pedir peras al olmo, se cae de maduro, tal vez un poquito más caras y mejor calidad, digo yo, la faina MUY BUENA, hacía años que no la comía, el relleno medio medio, acá en Fuengirola son más abundantes, depende de donde vayas, obvio...., con respecto a la atención, creo que la cocinera y una camarera nueva nos hicieron una sonrisa, porque el señor que nos atendió lamentablemente tenía una cara de estreñíooooo, que no podía ser, por favor!!!!!!!, esa persona no puede estar atendiendo al público con esa cara de tereso, daba la impresión que nos atendía de favor, he trabajado en la hostelería muchos años, y he acudido a infinidad de sitios a comer fuera, lo de esta persona no tiene nombre, asustaba de como atendía...., en fin, tal vez tenia un día malo, pero me da la impresión que todos los días son iguales....., que pena!!!!, el cabezón no repetiría ni aunque me invitaran, creo que con eso puedo resumir todo lo que expuse, los precios están muy bien, tengo que decirlo, en fin, he visto muchas reseñas positivas de lo bueno de las pizzas y de la atención, insisto, por mi parte salimos MUY...

Everything was amazing! The garlic bread and the pizza were very delicious. They have a lot of vegan options, even three different kinds of vegan cheese and very special Pizzas like one with BBQ Chicken. As a dessert we had the "homemade brownie" which was the best brownie we ever had in our life's! The owners were very friendly and kind!
