I was part of a graduation celebration dinner there that had the entire restaurant booked out. It was a challenge ... I think we were right at the limit of their capacity, but they did a great job of taking care of us.

I would specifically highlight the professionalism of Jill, our waitress, who was incredibly attentive to everyone at the table. Even when she was clearly busy on other tables, she was always discreetly checking to see if anyone needed anything, and was on it in a flash if they did. And also really smiley and sweet ! Entramos de casualidad porque está justo enfrente del museo Cerralbo donde fuimos a ver las exposiciones. El servicio es muy bueno, rápidos y atentos. Local amplio y moderno. La comida tenía muy buena pinta y decidimos comer. Las croquetas de chipiron no estaban mal, eran una versión, más ligeras. El cachopo muy bueno, crujiente y tierno con el queso asturiano, un poco aceitoso de más, sin embargo las patatas fritas de acompañamiento estaban recalentadas. Horribles. Y obviamente con los escasos 10min que tardaron en traernos la comida ya nos imaginamos que o bien eran congeladas o llevaban fritas bastante tiempo. Más bien parecía lo segundo. O ambas. Pero unas congeladas recién hechas habrían estado más pasables. Al ser martes al mediodía y lloviendo estaba muy poco concurrido pero por la situación, muy cerca del templo de debod y Plaza de España supongo q no será lo habitual.
