Terrible service. The food is fine, but I will not be back- simply because of the service. If you want to waste your time and have no one tell you your food is NOT coming after about 45 min of waiting and no one coming to your table to check on anything at all, then yes this is the place for you. Is it that hard to say, fyi it's going to be an extremely long wait would you want something different instead? Truly do not understand why paying customers time is not valued, or their experience to actually want to return or tell their friends, etc. I thought this was a business... And you just lost a customer who lives on the same street due to that

Honestly I considered to leave without even paying for my coffee because the service was so poor they truly would not have even noticed me gone.

Went there in a good mood- unfortunately left in bad mood (and also hungry since I had to eventually leave after 45 min without any food nor explanation). To make the experience even worse, when I went to pay for the coffee and asked again what happened, the staff literally did not care at all haha which is what they basically told me in words- it was shocking.

Recommend Clima Cafecito just next door instead of this place- you'll have equally good food/coffee and a much better customer...

Worst dining experience in Madrid. Expect to: wait outside for being seated for an hour (while half of the tables are empty for half of that time), then almost 40 mins for your order to be picked up (they didn't even let us order drinks, saying "no, you should wait for my colleague"), then if you have no more time to wait for the food, they won't rush with packing it to-go either. The most absurd thing is that they blocked the sliding door and were opening it just manually with their remote (I assume to keep people from entering the place?..). We had to literally ask them to let us in from the terrace to go to the bathroom (and leave) and wait for them to open that door… I’ve been to the place a year ago, and absolutely loved it, not sure what went wrong. The food is just really good to be fair, but never ever coming back, cause almost the whole staff felt extremely ignorant, and I've never experienced such a terrible way of handling guests… That's definitely not hospitality and left a really bad feeling afterwards, as plenty of people mentioned in the reviews. The city has way too many nice places...

The food is good, i mean it should be for the price but honestly i will never go back. The place is packed and the employees are not faulty for that, for what they are for is having a queue to be basically skipped over, i was first in line and i enter after other people because he set up the table for two people faster than for me just one. then it took 20 minutes to even order, then once my food was there i nearly finished and then received a water down coffee that they had forgotten (supposedly it is a speciality coffee place) and then honestly everything just made my morning start badly. SOOOO if you want to wait to enter like 25 minutes then maybe order in another 20 and then get your food maybe 10-15 minutes after and drinks 20-25 minutes go for it. But Madrid is enormous there is enough breakfast bars around the city for everybody and this one is not worth it :) Keep in mind is not in the center is like 15-20 min from Gran Via metro, walking i think it...

Mixed feeling experience! The guy who seated us was incredibly nice and the woman chef of the bar coffee was THE vibe of the restaurant. Service is really slow and thats fine if you manage the service, we had already 15 minutes seated and the priorities for the staff were to clean the tables when nobody was waiting in line. If you have a small kitchen and a big salon YOU MUST control the service with experience. The food was really really good! And presented with care. Coffee was also very good. Dessert was beautiful and super tasty but I think the name (3 leches) is not correct. I expected the toast soaked in a mix of 3 leches and it was not but not even a little bit , for a moment I thought I had the wrong dessert but no! I think even if the food is good and because of that I let you 4 stars is not a place to comeback if the service is not better than now. And by service I talk about experience and control of the room. Not to be nice but have no idea of the work.

We wanted to treat ourselves for Sunday brunch, and what better place than Bô Specialty Coffee, in C. de Espronceda, 16. They have a menu for all tastes, sweet and savory options, in a small, modern and cozy space. This time we opted for sweet dishes. We ordered their delicious Tres Leches French Toast. Not only was it tasty, but also presented in a way that made it a shame cutting it up. We also ordered the Oatmeal and Banana Pancakes, with a savory touch given by the feta cheese crumbles. We couldn't resist trying their Lavender Latté, followed by a caramel cold coffee, and a glass of Sparkling Rosé, a refreshing non-alcoholic drink. Last but not least the staff is charming, helpful, and they make you feel very 🔝 We will definitely go back for more!

Among the northernmost specialty coffee shops in Madrid, Bô is quite a nice place. Their coffee is from Nomad, one of Barcelona's many top-notch roasteries. And the staff seem to know how to handle their espresso machine. The food menu is focused on breakfast and light lunch. There are the usual favorites (e.g. açai bowl), but also some creative touches (e.g. tres-leches French toast). I had the avocado toast with poached egg—an excellent choice. Other reviewers have criticized the supposedly high prices and small portions, but I would say everything's fairly normal for Madrid. If I have to complain about something, it's the unnerving mainstream dance music they were putting on while I was there. Other than that, I really like Bô.
