Clima Cafecito — Restaurant in Madrid

An awful service! I miss professionalism which existed in hospitality in the past in Madrid… This new trendy cafes have good food and cafe, but unfortunately waiters are not trained and don’t care about the happiness of customers… THEY SHOULD UNDERSTAND PEOPLE GO TO CAFES TO HAVE A NICE TIME AND RELAX! IT’S NOT JUST ABOUT EATING! On Saturday at 14:00, the Cafe was almost empty and there weren’t any sign that we cannot use our laptop! IN SOME CAFES THEY HAVE THE SIGN AND ALTHOUGH I DON’T LIKE BUT IS RESPECTABLE AS IT IS THEIR WAY OF WORKING! In this cafe, which I have been several times here working during the weekend afternoons, after ordering and paying, suddenly the guy came and told me it’s forbidden to work here though there weren’t any sign or information about this…

If you don’t have any sign in your cafe and don’t tell people in advance, you cannot destroy their day suddenly…it is basic rule of hospitality!

The guy told me everybody knows and it was so funny!!! Fortunately I know 100 nice cafes in this city that respect customers during week and weekend and understand...

¡Para comenzar la mañana con el pie derecho, este sitio es una opción muy recomendable!

🍽️La comida Fui con una amiga para tomar el Brunch y ambas nos decidimos por agarrar el paquete que se llama “El Bruncho”, este cuesta 17.5€ te incluye lo siguiente:

☕️Café a elección: la calidad de este café es increíble, tiene un sabor fenomenal , y afortunadamente lo venden para que puedas tu tomarlo e n casa 10/10 🍊Zumo de naranja: Un zumo refrescante y que se siente que totalmente es natural , me gusto mucho 9/10 🥛Yogur con toppings: Te dan un vaso con yogurt sin azúcar, miel ,crema de cacahuate, 3 mini pancakes y frutillas de temporada , ¡Una verdadera delicia! Todo en conjunto era delicioso de percibir, nada empalagoso , un 10

Luego puedes elegir entre una tostada dulce y una salada, independientemente de cual elijas te incluye también huevos revueltos, yo elegí la tostada salada (lo cual me arrepiento) por lo siguiente:

🥑Tostada de aguacate con pistachos: tiene como 1 o 2 aguacates encima, y aunque es una tostada de calidad, le hacía falta un toque de sal, yo le pongo un 8/10

Si eres como yo y eres team dulce por la mañana, no cometas mi error y pídete la tostada dulce, yo me pedí la salada porque creí erróneamente que los mini hotcakes serían suficiente, pero realmente son super minis, así que no satisfacen.

💸Relación calidad precio: Teniendo en cuenta la calidad de los productos que nos sirvieron y que además las porciones son muy buenas para mi este apartado es un 9/10

📍Sitio: El sitio es pequeño, por lo mismo las filas se hacen largas, pero es lindo y te hace sentir como en casa, así que yo le pongo un 8.5 de 10

🕴🏻Servicio :El servicio fue de lo mejor del lugar, el día que yo fui solo había un chico atendiendo todas las mesas, ¡PERO LO HACÍA BRUTAL! , es super amable, atento y realmente se nota que disfruta tratar con los clientes, tiene muchísima buena energía , de los mejores meseros que he conocido en Madrid ,si que es verdad que tardaba un poco en acercarse a ti , pero totalmente comprensible, el sitio estaba full y el era el único ahí, para mi el servicio es un rotundo 10 👏🏻

🍽️Variedad del menú: El menú no es muy variado, cuenta con 5 apartados y cada uno con 3-5 opciones, creí que sería interesante que le agregaran al menú los panes y pasteles que venden y tienen exhibidos en el mostrador, 8/10

📝Siempre me pregunto al conocer un Restaurante si regresaría a el, y este es un puntual ¡Si!, me quede con ganas de probar más cosas, pero sobre todo de tomar más de ese delicioso café, así que si deseas un sitio tranquilo, donde comer rico y poder pasar un rato agradable, este lugar es una opción increíble, mi calificación...

Clima has turned into my favorite neighborhood hangout spot. The staff are all extremely welcoming and friendly. The coffee is truly delicious and strong, which I like. My go-to items off the comfort food menu are the chicken parm sandwich and the kimchi grilled cheese. Both of which are very tasty and always made to perfection. The fresh pastries are amazing as well. The lemon cookie is a definite must-try.

One of the things I like best about Clima is their music selection. Just like their coffee and food, you can tell they take a lot of pride in the experience they want their customers to have. Their playlists are carefully curated and blend multiple genres and musical styles. This creates a very cool vibe that never feels boring or repetitive.
