I recently had the unfortunate opportunity to visit Bar Mirador, and I must say, it was a complete disaster from start to finish. From the moment we entered, it was clear that this establishment had no regard for its customers or their satisfaction.
Let's start with the ice cream milkshake, or should I say, the abomination they served us. It was the worst milkshake I have ever tasted in my life. The flavor was bland, the texture was watery, and it lacked any trace of boldness. It was as if they had poured some milk and ice cream together without giving it a second thought. I couldn't believe they had the audacity to serve such a subpar drink.
To make matters worse, the staff at Bar Mirador treated us with utter disrespect. They were inattentive, unprofessional, and clearly had no interest in providing a pleasant dining experience. They seemed annoyed by our presence and made no effort to make us feel welcome or valued as customers. It was evident that their focus was anywhere but on ensuring customer satisfaction.
The worst part of this whole ordeal was witnessing the disappointment and frustration on the faces of my fellow guests. They, too, were appalled by the lack of quality and poor service. It was disheartening to see everyone leave the bar feeling dissatisfied and let down by the whole experience.

Read morewent to grab something fresh to drink in the hot weather. i asked for ONE drink but the cashier brought me two. i said i only wanted one twice and he still added the two drinks to the final pay. i also asked for an ice cream without knowing the price because even though they display so many ice cream boards, none of them have prices on it. the ice cream was €3.50 and the drink €4.50 (which he added twice), when i saw the prices for each item i let him know i only wanted one drink and that i wouldn’t take the ice cream, to which he responded by rolling his eyes at me and making fun of me to his colleagues but “everything was okay”……
