Brisket Restaurante — Restaurant in Madrid

When you arive near it the smell is inviting. Inside realy nice, good music in the background, nice atmosfere. We took Delikabra salad and Antrecot. Both where excelant!

The cheese in the delicabra was tastfull while maching the other ingridients. The mix with fresh and tasty vegetables, hints of pesto and great mango souce, made it Pefect starter.

The Antrecot was made to meduim, served on hot plate. So when I wanted to tenderly cook it for my wife it was possible. And the smell was so clean and fresh. Just salt tips above. And the taste? Wow! It was one of the best I ate. It was tender like tenderlion staek! It had the meaty taste, expeding with each pick. It was a model example the a great beef , doesn't need any souce.

The french fries thin, where of god qulity potato, fried exectly, with good color.

For desert there was a cheese cake with dolce la leche (condesed swet milk). I dont eat cheese cakes. This was an exception. The cake was tasty , not too sweet , and was enoutgh for two.

And the people are nice pleasent and informative.

While sitting at Retiro Park with my wife, we were perusing Google for a restaurant, there is just a plethora of choices around this area. I saw Brisket and the stelar reviews that it had and was curios to see if it’s really that good. First of all, the name Brisket is very simple, but that’s the trick. This place is really a very complex dining experience. The design of the original tiles, to the modern touches that the designer added, it is pleasing to the eyes. The food is nothing but simple. The steak and the french fries with shishito peppers —simple. The taste—a complex complement of each other that highlights the compound taste of the meat. Even the tricky cheese cake pistachio—it’s simply amazing and light. Our server, Stephanie, made sure that everything was alright with us, and with her, everything was. Pork belly was great, amazing flavoured mash potatoes. They didn’t have the beef brisket today so we got the substitute, but it was 12/10 SUPER tender and moist, melts in your mouth. We asked for green peppers on the side which was a great touch. Servers are SO SO kind and friendly and recommended us the best dishes. Very personal experience, my family and I shared our thoughts on each dish every time he came back hahah. The manager/owner looks like Tom cruise and he is also very funny and nice, always peeped in on our convos with our server because we were being so loud and happy about these dishes 😂 They didn’t have the pistachio cheesecake today but the regular one was still so creamy and light, not sweet either, 10/10.
