We had our reservation at 8:30 pm and we had two hours to eat. All good. We order a bottle of sparkling water and the girl said they only had small once. No problem. But she only brings us one bottle. After that we ordered our food and wine. First thing that I asked for was two times the same dish as a starter and we got one to share. Oké, no problem. It was probably a misunderstanding because of language and that can happen. The food was great btw! But while we were eating the waitress was the whole time looking at us if we were already finished. Not nice! Then when we still had our plates from the starters they come and bring us our main dishes?!?!? Can you believe that? And not even an apologise. No, they just said: “yes haha, very fast.” Then I took my first bite and my food was just cold. So that means it had been standing there for a long time. I let her take it back to make it warm and so they did. My mother was already finished when my food was at the table. Sorry, but this is disrespectfull. The food tasted good, but the presentation was like my grandma does it. Very average. We then orded a glass of wine and a cava and she brought my wine and 10 min later they brought the cava. i mean come on?!?! We are in the food industry and this is NOT how you treat people. We don’t recommend this place. They just want a lot of customers per night. A sorry was the least they could do. The least!

We were there for a dinner, seven people, and two of them had to wait for an hour for their food with a few times asking if it’s coming soon and the last time already asking not to bring it, because everyone else had already finished theirs. Read moreI have visited the restaurant with a group of 4 friends. the venue is beautiful with a great atmosphere, the food was quite good and served quickly however the service was terrible . the waiter barely spoke english and couldn’t really understand what we requested . I asked for a plate which was never delivered , they completely forgot about it . and the cherry on the cake is that they tried to add to the bill items not ordered : they charged us for 2 “ aperitivo” which is basically a bowl with 5 olives served when we sat down , not requested from us , and when i asked the waiter why were we charged for 2 portions of this when we only got 1 and we didn’t even order or , she said “ it’s a welcome plate … “ well it’s funny to welcome a client offering a plate not requested and then charging it twice 😅
