Carl's Jr — Restaurant in Madrid

Went here for dinner after having a bad experience the first time I stopped in this location. Waited over 25 minutes for a simple hamburger and it’s fries. I watched only three other orders be delivered during that time. It became obvious when the employees were coming out of the back to watch the football game on the television that they were in no hurry to serve the customers. I had to ask again for the drinks when the food finally arrived and then to top it off I didn’t realize until I left and got home that I had paid for and ordered dessert and it never came out. Food was obviously slapped together and tasted nothing like the Carls Jr’s back home. Will never return to...

He creado este sitio porque no aparecía en Google Maps. En mis años de aportaciones, creo que nunca asigné una única estrella a un sitio, así que será la primera vez en mucho tiempo. Primero, debo aclarar que la orden fue realizada por Uber Eats, y no puedo asegurar que el producto y el servicio sea igual de forma presencial. Nos reunimos con unos amigos y encargamos 6 menús, 3 grandes y 3 medianos. Las hamburguesas que enviaron fueron todas medianas excepto la vegetariana (5 medianas, una grande). Lo que agrava esto es que una única hamburguesa llevaba una distinción con una pegatina, y eso generó confusión a la hora de asignarlas entre nosotros, y claro que hubo gente que cogió una por error (un problema para alguien del grupo que es intolerante a la lactosa y le terminó tocando una con queso, ni que hablar de alguien vegetariano que tenga que adivinar cuál es la suya). Nos enviaron sólo 5 cajas de patatas en lugar de 6, como correspondía por los combos. Las patatas que enviaron fueron todas del mismo tamaño, que a juzgar por el aspecto eran medianas. Estaban frías (probablemente por el envío), pero para nada apetecibles, al punto de que no queríamos que nos enviaran la que faltaba. Habíamos pedido 3 Coca-Cola Zero, una normal, y dos Nestea. Las bebidas no estaban diferenciadas (salvo los Neatea que eran botellas), y se imaginarán que probarlas una por una hasta descubrir cuál era la que no era de dieta es cuanto menos antihigiénico. Las hamburguesas estaban malas, he de decir.

Absolutely Delicious and Amazing Staff! We had an incredible experience at Burger Bar! The burgers were absolutely delicious ,juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. What made our visit even more special was the kindness of the staff. We don’t speak Spanish, but they went out of their way to help us with our order, patiently explaining everything and making sure we were comfortable.
