I cannot tell u what the food is like. We were there for an hour at opening. There were only 2 other tables. We were the first. The 2 chinese tables were eating their food before we got a waiter. We did not get a waiter. I had to stop a guy to please come to the table. There was more wait staff than customers and yet no one came. They were serving dishes on either side of this. When I finally stopped the guy to put in our order nothing came for half an hour. So we r 1 hour in at this point in a mostly empty restaurant. First dish is wrong. I said fried dumplings (in spanish and english and pointing - and I speak better spanish than him). We got steamed dumplings. He says I did not ask for fried. I think remind him of our exact interaction and he admits I said fried in each language and pointed. He then says there is no fried option on the menu. I ask for the menu and show how in both english and spanish it says fried / frito as an option. He then claims the menu is mistaken. After an hour I told him I wd pay for the 2 drinks and just leave. Worst dining experience I have had in years. The food looks great. But if u r not chinese, I don't think they want your business.
One hour. It was...
Read moreThe service is very bad! The curly hairrd guy that served us with very limited english proficiency canceled ONE OF OUR DISHES after us waiting for almost 1 hour, without OUR KNOWLEDGE. I have never leave a google a bad review on a restaurant before but how is asking “we still have one more cabbage dish (63. Chinese cabbage served in iron wok) that has not come yet” became him cancelling our order WITHOUT TELLING US. So we continued waiting for something that will never come until the restaurant go from very crowded to very few people. What annoyed me further was there was ZERO apologies and the curly haired server still probably dont understand why we are so upset. So if you ever want to eat here, you need to be fluent in spanish :) Just for information, we checked with him 3 times :)
The chef is great though as the food that actually...
Read moreThis restaurant was right across from the hotel. Went there twice. Hunan food, spicy and tasty. Some of the dishes has options to change the spice level. Suffered a bit next day due to spicy food but that was expected. On the other hand my daughter threw up next day whole day. We did not think it was the restaurant food. Went back there two days later and ordered completely non spicy level. Me, wife and daughter all kept on throwing up whole night. Although food is tasty there something wrong with the food at this place. I would say if you are coming from another country...
