Chloelan Coffee — Restaurant in Madrid

So my experience with this cafe is mixed. The first impression was really bad when they gave me a rotten piece of roscon de reyes , and that too was really costly. I had to throw whole cake. It was literally dried and rotten when I opened it at home. It was terrible. In the same price and even cheaper price I tried many good cakes from other bakeries. I think they took advantage of not knowing spanish and me being a tourist. Anyways the second time I went again to try some other they have. I tried almond motcha and it was really good. So this time may be I encountered with nice person thats why whole experience was better. I would say there are other much better cafes around this area. May be the first bitter experience with them is making me to write bad about them but I would hope for better future experiences in case I...

I would have to say probably that I'm very disappointed in the quality or lack of quality of the sweet stuff, the cakes etc. It's almost inedible besides it being quite pricey. I've been a few times and perhaps the safest thing is a napoletana. The cakes and so on are not good. They do not match with the nice image of the place. The last time we ordered we didn't finish the food. Next time it will just be a quick coffee. I would not order for parties if anybody is thinking...

Es un establecimiento que realiza servicio "To good to go". En cuanto llegué la chica que había no sabía de lo que le estaba hablando y me pidió mi teléfono para hacerle una foto al pedido y me hizo esperar en una mesa para darme una bolsa con un triángulo de chocolate que vale 1.60, un Donuts que vale 1.60 y tres croissant diminutos y un único farton (que 5 valían 1.60). Se supone que el pedido corresponde con 15 euros en bollería y ni siquiera lo que me puso cubre los 5 euros que se supone que vale este servicio. Una vergüenza lo de esta gente, siempre nos ha parecido carísimo para lo que tienen ya que la bollería es rancia y dura de días que ni siquiera son pastelería, todo lo que tienen es de Europastry. Si quieres un buen desayuno o merienda muy cerca hay un "Mallorca" de toda la vida, o "Dunkin Donuts" enfrente, o en cuatro caminos a 2 minutos andando tienes un Rodilla o 100 montaditos, o muy cerca cafetería "Flora Café" todo un descubrimiento... Ya nos engañan bastante todos los días en la tele como para que encima te tomen por falto cuando haces la compra... Indignante. El fartons parecía bate de baseball de duro que estaba, con el Donuts casi invertimos un litro de leche de lo seco que se encontraba....
