DUNKIN´ — Restaurant in Madrid

I visited this location recently and had a disappointing experience with one of the staff members. The woman "Anna" working during my visit did not smile, did not greet me or other customers, and made no effort to engage or offer assistance. Her demeanor came across as cold and unwelcoming, which really affected the overall atmosphere of the place.

Customer service plays a big role in any business, and a simple greeting or friendly attitude can make a huge difference. Unfortunately, that was missing here. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and encourages a more customer-friendly approach...

No highchairs. Bathroom requires a code that is available from staff. Sometimes they run out of less popular donuts around midday.

The staff have generally been really nice with toddler, including when we threw things over the counter multiple times. They have Colacao and can make it templado and give you a straw for it.

But pretty much the same as any other Dunkin in Europe. More donuts than speciality coffees. Pleasant. Not Starbucks like interior if you're looking to wile away time, but better donuts than store bought...

All I can say is I ordered a special package for my son for Valentines Day - via Uber Eats. We live in Los Angeles, CA USA. The location of delivery was a Colegio Mayor near the Complutense, which has a conserje available 24 hours a day. IT IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS TO LEAVE A FOOD DEIVERY OUT ON THE STREET RATHER THAN SPEAK TO SOMEONE AT THE DELIVERY LOCATION. THIS IS THE 2ND TIME I'VE HAD ISSUES WITH UBER EATS - DO NOT USE...
