Went to celebrate my wife's birthday and wanted a special setting for the dinner.

Menu is a bit limited but in their case it might just be a positive. Selected cold and hot appetizers, and then several options in each of the Surf/Turf categories.

We followed the staffs recommendations and ordered the Aubergine, the Picanha, and the Octopus. The Aubergine was very delishes though the Burrata combination didn't work for me.

Picanha was cooked properly, was well seasoned, but seemed like they cut off the majority of the fat, which is kind of the whole goal of the Picanha. Not a fan of having my steak already served cut either. Still very delishes and recomended dish.

Octopus was great - soft, nicely charred and served with tasty potatos.

For desert, we had the Dulce de Leche coulant which was super good.

Service was ok, but nothing special either. I would expect a high end place like this with some more warm and profesional servers.

The decoration of the place was amazing, beautifuly done, and varies throughout the different sections. The restaurant felt a bit crowded and overwhelmed with people (tables were way to close to each other).

Cocktails were amazing. Especially the "Hombre Pez" (in the video).

Pricing wise - this place is not cheap at all. With an appetizer, mains, desert, and one cocktail each, it was slightly over 70 eur per person.

Value for money 6/10.

Might be back, but feel other place have better...

What a fantastic dining experience! The welcome on arrival was warm and friendly - setting the scene perfectly for what was to follow. The decor was chic and elegant and the ambience was very relaxed. The food was absolutely delicious (we had the beef Rogan Josh and chicken tikka masala)- wonderfully fresh ingredients with an exquisite balance of flavours and spice. The cocktails were fun and delicious - definitely try the house specialties! And the cheesecake for dessert was wonderful! But the highlight of the evening was the absolutely incredible service we had from our waiter Marco! He was friendly and helpful and a lot of fun - he really made the evening extra special! Would thoroughly recommend El Hombre Pez - a real jewel of a restaurant. We’ll definitely be back next time we...

We booked our table in advance and were seated immediately upon arrival. We had a great experience and big laughs. Our host Marco was just superb. He suggested us great dishes and he has a great sense of humor. My husband usually a selective eater, was very happy. The restaurant itself is beautiful as you can see in pictures. However it was the staff and service that won us over and made our experience memorable. The take on food is really good. I recommend madras beef. I never had it before but it was just delicious. Nothing was spicy or overly seasoned. In short, service, food and ambiance - all...
