RESA Claudio Coello Student Residence — Hotel in Madrid

Very grotesque establishment where you book stay with breakfast, arrive to the hotel and reception informs you breakfast doesn't exist. Then in the morning we went down, breakfast exists but we missed it. Following with pool suddenly being closed for good because there's no life guard, mind the pool is size of a bathtub, unlikely someone would need one. Meals come in very strange combos for example if you get a sandwich is ok to get juice but if you decide on yogurt is not.

Overall place is extremely dirty, smelly and the room wasn't what we booked. Staff is from another dimension and nobody knows what's going on receptionist didn't even know if they have parking Avoid...

I was a Resident Student at RESA Claudio Coello during four consecutive years, that is, all throughout my Bachelors Degree in Madrid. To say that RESA and its staff have become my second home, and my second family, would be an understatement. Year after year, I saw no reason to move out. The residence has wonderful facilities, is located in one of the most exclusive districts of Madrid, and offers an excellent service, may that be in regards to the quality of living, studying, or the food. The RESA is perfect for a student, they have a lot of amenities including a rooftop with pool which most residences in Madrid don’t have. It has a gym and laundry room, it also includes cleaning twice a week with change of sheets and towels, gaming area and you have your own air conditioning unit.
