Visited The Sweet Space museum in Madrid with my family, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. We were expecting a fun and engaging time, but what we got was quite the opposite.
Firstly, the duration of the experience was misleading. They claimed it would be around 40-50 minutes long, but in reality, we were done in less than 15 minutes. It felt like a rushed and overpriced experience.
The attractions themselves were also quite boring. My kids and I didn't find them engaging or entertaining, and it seemed like they were just going through the motions.
The only highlights of our visit were the toboggan and the pool full of plastic balls. My kids seemed to enjoy those parts, but it wasn't enough to make up for the rest of the experience. My kids started crying ad they were looking for more things to do but by that time we were already by the exit.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend The Sweet Space museum to others. It felt like a scam, and the lack of transparency about the experience duration was frustrating. Maybe they can work on improving their attractions and being more honest about what...

I've been to what they're imitating elsewhere in the world (frameless/boarder less, art exhibitions) and they've done well with the space but there's lots of room for improvement
The hanging balls could have more mirrors on the floor as the space is small Some of the sweets we're pretty disgusting, some were all over the floor when we got the sour ones, I didn't see a single adult not spit it out The soft play zone had too many wooden edges so you didn't feel like it was very protected The last room was probably the best in terms of atmosphere/fun. glad they had 2 separate ball pits for different age groups
It was good for what it was and children will have fun, for €18 and adult, €0 for under 3's. staff were good and accomodating in English. Wouldn't rush to do it again and other cities have much much better options for children, Madrid this was all they had...
Read moreMy family and I went there on our last day in Madrid. We bought the tickets in advance at GetYourGuide.
It includes a tour guide who explains who and with what the artist made their art. The tour also gives you a lot of information about the artist by scanning a QR code . Some of them you even need to look for.
Almost in every room, you get a sweet to try; there is a story behind the sweet that was given to you.
The rooms you get into are great for Instagram pictures or just for taking pictures with wonderful backdrops.
The tours around the rooms were too fast from my side; you don't have time to make proper pictures because there are way too many on a group tour, and so you always have to wait for a proper angle to have a solo picture. I would have preferred if it was a smaller group so there was enough time to make pictures.
But it was fun; the whole family enjoyed it, especially...
