Terrible experience, hygiene is not respected at all in this restaurant. Food is ok. I placed my order and sat at a table. My order was delivered to another table where two women, surprised to get this food touched it to see if was for them or not. 3 minutes after, they found it was not their order and brought it to the open kitchen and the employee decided to bring the food to my table. I told him there is a big concern about hygiene and he did not care at all. Very surprising during Covid period. We recently dined here and it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we walked in, the aroma of freshly cooked ingredients filled the air, The menu boasted a wide variety of burritos and quesadillas, each bursting with flavor and generously portioned. Il locale si trova in una zona esclusiva di Madrid. Incuriosita dalle recensioni e golosa di cibo messicano mi sono recata per un pranzo. A primo impatto è un posto curato e lontano dal classico fast food. È più vicino a un ristorante express. Quello che non mi è piaciuto è che, appena entri sei spaesato, non ci sono indicazioni su come effettuare l'ordine e il personale non è stato d'aiuto. Era presente solo un cartello con il menù su un muro in fondo al locale, fronte cassa/cucina. Alla fine, tra il cartello e sito internet , per intuito abbiamo capito che ti basta sederti al tavolo, scansione il qr code, fare l'ordine online e poi ti chiamano quando è pronto. Non ti danno un vassoio per portare le cose al tavolo ma devi fare più viaggi per portarti tutto l'ordine. Locale curato e molto pulito. Quando è arrivato l'ordine sono rimasta sbalordita dalla porzioni. Il burrito era enorme. Le patate fritte con la buccia. Dimenticatevi un fast food messicano perché qui le materie prime e la qualità di queste si sentono tutte. Erano eccezionali. Si sentiva ogni singolo sapore, dal pomodoro fresco, alle spezie, alla carne, ai fagioli. Io ho preso un burrito con pollo e riso integrale e le patate fritte mentre il mio compagno un burrito con manzo sfilacciato ( era pieno di carne) e le tortillas con salsa juacamole. Acqua e birra. In tutti i tavoli trovate anche una salsa gratuita, "Valentina", super piccante ma buonissima. Abbiamo speso circa 38 euro in due. Davvero poco per quello che abbiamo mangiato, sia per l'eccellente qualità che la quantità. Io non sono riuscita a cenare la sera.
