This is my honest review :) So let’s start with the good part of our dinner at fismuler.
Food Food Quality is relatively ambivalent. On the one hand we had good starters on the other hand there were dishes which disappointed. For example the meat based dishes. However the cuisine is overall nothing you should complain about. Fish quality is really good and the starters are as I already said awesome.
Atmosphere The industrial design and cave like atmosphere makes a really good dinner spot. The tables are pretty.
However there are reasons why I would recommend other places for a nice dinner with friends and loved ones. Some recommendations would be: Sala de Despiece, Triciclo, Lakasa
The service is obviously under immense pressure to increase any customers revenue. This leads to sadly but honestly unacceptable treatment of customers. At exactly 10 pm the waiter wanted us to leave the restaurant without any prior notice during the dinner. At this point the majority was still eating opened and payed wine bottles were still unfinished. Before that The food was not served fast and took way longer than expected. Starters were served without and before the drinks and gradually. At 9:45 pm they just brought us our dinner and some people were not even finished. Yet they were offering no options to have the food elsewhere. Furthermore from the beginning of the evening their waiter pressured us into ordering faster. Even the children should order faster and the overall mood was really uncomfortable. This was the case even though we were spending far over 500€ including wines. I know that everybody gets an email stating that you have a time slot of 2 hours this is obvious. However the treatment and obvious insufficiency of the waiter to treat customers in the right manner even though it’s there mistake to I) not deliver food fast enough and II) not offer any other space to finish food or be supportive is absolutely inappropriate at this price point.
It should be included that some waiters were really nice and obviously were only following the orders of their ill mannered supervisor.
Sadly I won’t visit this...
Read moreMy recent visit to Fismuler was nothing short of disappointing. From the moment we entered the restaurant, it was apparent that our dining experience would be far from enjoyable. The issues began when a member of our party, who has serious food allergies, diligently informed our waiter of her dietary restrictions. To our disbelief, the waiter responded with a dismissive and condescending attitude, asking, "Well, what can you eat then?" This lack of empathy and professionalism set a troubling tone for the rest of our evening.
Regrettably, our concerns were only amplified when our dishes arrived at the table. Despite our explicit instructions, the dish of the allergic individual was served with the very ingredient she had meticulously specified as a severe allergen. The lack of attention to such a critical dietary concern was not only reckless but also potentially dangerous to the health of our companion.
As if this wasn't disappointing enough, our evening took a further nosedive when another waiter accidentally knocked over a wine bottle, resulting in the spillage of at least a third of it. The response from the staff was as lackluster as one might imagine – little apologies, no offer to replace the spilled wine, and certainly no offering an extra glass or a discount. The casual attitude towards such a mishap was deeply disheartening and left us feeling overlooked and undervalued as patrons.
In light of these unfortunate events, I feel compelled to caution future diners against visiting Fismuler. The lack of professionalism, disregard for dietary safety, and apathetic response to mishaps exemplify a level of customer service that is simply unacceptable. Given the multitude of dining options available, I strongly advise potential patrons to seek their culinary experiences elsewhere to avoid the disappointment and frustration that befell our evening at...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at Fismuler, and I must say, it was a truly great experience. From the moment I entered the restaurant, I was impressed by the inviting atmosphere and friendly staff. The service was top-notch, with the staff being attentive and knowledgeable about the menu.
Now, let's talk about the food. The veal Milanese was an absolute standout. The dish was cooked to perfection, with a crispy exterior and tender meat inside. It was truly a must-try, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the restaurant.
Another highlight of the meal was the burrata. It was simply amazing. The creamy texture and rich flavor of the cheese paired perfectly with the accompanying ingredients. It was a true delight for the taste buds.
I also had the soft shell crab. It was cooked to perfection, with a delicate and crispy exterior, while maintaining the succulent flavors of the crab. It was a unique and delicious choice.
Moving on to dessert, I ordered the cheesecake. While it was good, I found it to be a bit too cheesy for my personal taste. However, I understand that some people may enjoy a stronger cheese flavor in their cheesecake, so it might be just right for others.
One aspect of Fismuler that I absolutely loved was the fact that they encourage sharing tables. This created a great opportunity for interaction and conversation with other diners. It added a sense of community and made the dining experience even more enjoyable.
Overall, my experience at Fismuler was fantastic. The combination of great food, friendly staff, and a welcoming atmosphere made it a memorable dining experience. I would definitely go back again and recommend...
