Great fast food burger restaurant that also serves milkshakes. The hamburger are tasty and you can add a great variety of toppings to your liking. The milkshakes are great and you can also add various ingredientes, some of them are unusual as for example bacon.

During the first few months of opening it always had a very full line. It has been a great months and I decided to go try it during lunch on a Thursday. There was zero wait. The service was quick, helpful and nice. I've been to a few five guys in the states. It had a slightly different feel but the same idea. Normalmente no suelo hacer críticas que no tengan que ver puramente con la comida que he tomado, pero lo que sucedió anoche no tiene perdón ninguno. Hice mi pedido en el five guys de Plaza Río 2, como otras veces. Mientras esperaba a que me hicieran entrega de la tan ansiada hamburguesa, empecé a escuchar como uno de los trabajadores del establecimiento se reía. No pude evitar ser partícipe de las chanzas puesto que el pedido tardaba demasiado. Para mi sorpresa, los chistes no eran especialmente graciosos, sino más bien de mal gusto y ofensivos. Al principio pensé que se trataba de alguna broma entre empleados, pero nada más lejos de la realidad: se estaban riendo de un cliente transexual simplemente por eso, por el hecho de serlo. Es lamentable que situaciones así sigan sucediendo. No quise meterme donde no me llamaban, pero por el comentario que hizo de uno de los empleados cuando el trabajador que soltaba tales barbaridades abandonó su puesto, pude descubrir que el artífice de dichas locuras no era otro que el RESPONSABLE del lugar. Este tipo de comentarios son inadmisibles y más aún viniendo de una persona que debería dar ejemplo. No volveré a este restaurante de comida "rápida" y haré saber esta triste situación a todas las personas que conozco y que suelen...
