Ginza Food Hall Restaurant — Restaurant in Madrid

Food is not really good. I asked for wasabi and they brought super dried out wasabi and pickled ginger in a plate that mustbhave been sitting in open air for at least hours already. Soy sauce seemed diluted with water. we had the buffet option with sushi rolls that were splattered with some sort of mayonnaise and the rice was dried out on the surface so it seemed not to be fresh at all. the fish on the nigiri also was dried out aka not fresh. really poor quality. we ordered some other plates but ended up not finishing the plates although (fun fact) they threaten you with a 3€ surcharge if you don’t finish a plate! one thing’s for sure: we’re not coming back here. my recommendation is to go somewhere else. We tried buffet here and it was such a fun and tasty experience! The concept of six rounds of dishes is fantastic because it gives you the chance to sample a wide variety of flavors without feeling rushed and stuffed. We sampled so many different dishes, and everything was fresh and delicious, but the sushi really stood out — easily the best I’ve had in Madrid.definitely my personal recommendation - especially if you’re so indecisive like me hahaha and find it hard to choose just one dish, this is the perfect place to try a little bit...

Disappointing menu del dia, i went to my favourite place Edelweiss, when i saw an advertising poster and made a mistake deciding to try menu del día here. I ordered Noodles 🍜 langostinos 🍤 y pollo, it was tasteless like grass with the cheapest pasta ever, wine 🍷 was awful and included desert was like the cheapest chemical option from the supermarket 😔😞😕🙁. wooden spoon, I hope they wash it.
