Very unpofessional place. The guy here is very rude. May be it was good earlier and reading the old reviews I came here, but now the management very rude. They didn't tell me anything and throw me out of the club after couple of hours saying that it is the law in Spain that no body can have shisha for more than 1.30 hours, which I never heard before. The boss of this place is soo rude that he has no proff of laws and is consistently saying to leave the club. If you want to spoil your evening than come here, otherwise Madrid has a lot better shisha places than this who has professional management and better environment. Eventhough the decoration of place is good, but the management here will fool you to earn more bucks for themselves. I have been in many shisha bars in Madrid and found this place really not worth it. Will never come back again.

Read moreI absolutely love the place- it’s very well decorated and they play really great songs. HOWEVER, the first time I went the service was great as we were the only customers there. The next few times I went the staff was kinda rude to us. Our shisha was really bad on the throat and nothing came out and he said he can’t change the charcoal so we promptly left- €20 wasted. Also yes the shisha was mediocre and the drinks for €10+ was EXTREMELY WEAK. I am a lightweight and can easily drink 3-4 drinks of theirs. But the last time I went, I ordered one mojito and I immediately felt sick and vomited so much when I got home. So I’m not sure what they put in...
Read moreIntegrity Issue – Don’t Pay in Cash To future visitors: please pay in the way that is most convenient for YOU. Don’t worry about saving fees or taxes for the store.
As this is my second time traveling to Madrid, I came back to this shisha bar because the shisha is really good. However, when it was time to pay, the staff said it would be better for them if I paid in cash.
I asked if there would be any discount for paying in cash. The staff said yes. But at checkout, they said the system couldn’t apply the discount due to “computer settings.”
Even though my €100 cash wasn’t enough to cover the full amount, I still paid €100 in cash and €40 by card – choosing the method that was supposedly better for the store.
In the end, there was no discount, and the staff just said the next shisha would be free (even though I’m only a short-term visitor). Why promise a discount if you can’t give it, and then still ask me to pay in cash?
