If you’re used to even the bare minimum level of service, don’t bother coming here. That is, unless you’d like to be seated, while servers pass by ignoring your presence altogether, leaving you waiting without a menu for 20 minutes. Finally, after realizing we were there (aside from the 3 other patrons in the restaurant), they asked us to move tables upset that we were seated at a table for 4 — a table they implored we sit at in the first place. Upon finding out that a local 5-star hotel recommended this restaurant to us, they suddenly switched their demeanor, but it was too late. We had absolutely had it at this point, thanked the server and shared that we’d prefer to dine elsewhere. This is it. Go here. We ate the Cochinillo served with veggies and the Beef with saffron Risotto. Outstanding flavor and everything cooked to perfection. Great wine and drinks as well. Impecable service. The manager was touching tables and taking care of people as well. Very well run. Clean place. We got there and the staff made us feel very welcome. The chicken, seafood, and vegetable mixto paella was the absolute star of the meal - a well-seasoned and delicious mix of flavors all coming together! An excellent pairing with the paella was the cochinillo roast pig dish - together, they made for a most filling and flavored meal.
The other standout dishes for us were the appetizers of sausage and jamon croquettes, served on a bed of crispy potato chips, surprisingly a great pair of dishes for appetizers.
