I was long time thinking to give this place 5* as majority of the people, or 4* as I was feeling or even 3*, what may be fair for the overall picture. I decided to give 4*, special thank for Rodrigo, who saved this experience for me. Pros: good quality, variety of food, taste and price/quality relation, butter cream. Cons: service!!! There is nothing about restaurant rules and service. If there is quality manager, he did his work very-very bad. I can find 10 points where this restaurant can improve. We ordered aperitif, starters, main and deserts, well, aperitif we received after the starter and after 15 min of waiting time (disaster). You will have your freemium bread (you will not ask for it, but they will bring and include it to the check for 2€/pax) you will ask a bottle of water, they will say that there is no bottles of the water to share, then bring bring you 2 of them, which you were able to share without issues. So, those small things and restaurant cheats make them not deserve a 5 star in my opinion. When you pay 50€/pax for the dinner you are waiting a good quality without issues and tricks, but here you will still have it as in “many other places”, which makes as a final result this restaurant as a “other place” for the moment. My professional advise to hire some quality check manager/consultant to get rid of those small things, then you will definitely be a 5* restaurant.

La Cabaña Argentina in Madrid is a standout restaurant that brings the rich flavors of Argentine cuisine to the heart of Spain. The ambiance is warm and inviting, perfect for a memorable dining experience. The grilled octopus is a must-try. Perfectly cooked to tender perfection, it boasts a smoky flavor that is complemented by a light char. The texture is spot-on, making each bite a delightful experience. Another highlight is the grilled red peppers. They are sweet, juicy, and slightly smoky, adding a wonderful depth of flavor to the meal. The simplicity of the dish allows the natural flavors to shine through. The Argentinian steak is the star of the show. Cooked to perfection, it is juicy, tender, and packed with flavor. The quality of the meat is evident in every bite, making it a top choice for steak lovers. The Salmorejo is a refreshing addition to the menu. This cold tomato soup is creamy and rich, with a perfect balance of flavors. It serves as a great starter or a light accompaniment to the hearty mains. Overall, La Cabaña Argentina offers an authentic and delicious dining experience. The combination of expertly prepared dishes and the cozy atmosphere makes it a great spot for anyone looking to enjoy high-quality Argentine cuisine in Madrid.

We are in Spain for almost 2 weeks. And we appreciate the food, the savours of their kitchen. The meat. The sea food. The tapas. But this is one of the worst experiences. And almost the most expensive one. The meat of the ribeye was raw, even we opted for medium. Maybe we have different knowledge but medium is not fully red with just a thin layer made well. Also the meat was full of skimps and was not tender as they advertised. No flavour. More than mediocre, in a bad way. The service was correct but not friendly or caring - it was one guy that was making all sort of faces when he took our order. A sort of wanna be 4 stars restaurant and a canteen. The blood sausage was okeish but the presentation was so so low...even the plates are ikea style when you pay 50 euro for a steak. The cocktails look so cheap that we drunk better in the market here. It was something that made was wonder if they have a problem with our nationality: even it is only one resto rated 4.7 on google - the one we have reserved for - when we arrived and after they asked us where we are from they immediately said that we reserved to one across the street. Maybe it is so but it is strange that just one appers on google and they do not say they have multiple locations. Not a good option for us.

Our first night dinner in Madrid was a delicious meat coma experience!! The steaks cooked perfectly and you know when a steak cooked well when no sauce is required 👍 We enjoyed so much and we went back for our 2nd at their opposite location. Both restaurants located opposite each other. The service was friendly and great so thank you for your hospitality. The venue is warm and cosy vibes. The little minor things confused us was that our 2nd visit and ordered the same steaks but however mine came with a very different in size so not sure whether we have been served wrongly the first time. The second time portion looks more like 300 g and the first, was huge as you can see from my photo. 😁 Overall, highly recommend for steak lover!!

This is an Argentinian grill restaurant with a charming interior featuring stone walls and wood floors, offering both ground floor and basement seating. The staff are very friendly and can explain the menu in both Spanish and English. We ordered a chorizo criollo a la brasa, a bowl of consomé de la casa, a medalluna de vacío, patatas provenzal, and pimientos rojos a la brasa. All the dishes were good, but the soups were a bit monotonous for the price. Including drinks, we paid about 57 EUR in total. If you're looking for authentic Argentine barbecue, this is the place to try. They offer a wide selection of beef cuts, other meats, and a few pasta options. Located in the center of Madrid, online reservations are recommended.

I was probably unlucky in my visit to this place given the high rating but my experience wasnt great. The zamburiñas (scallops) were not fresh at all and stuck to the shell, the provoleta was the saltiest melted piece of cheese i have eaten in my life and the milanesa napolitana was 2/3 melted cheese with oregano and tasted more like pizza than meat. The ojo de chorizo was quite stiff and not flavourful at all. Im sorry but i had great expectations that were far from met. The location is great and the decor is comfortable. In busy times you get a two hour slot for your table. My table was next to the bathroom and you could see hands being washed under the faucet in the see through window.
