I would give this place a -5 if there was an option. We had waited for them to open at 4pm as they were meant to, but the lady came at 415pm nonchalantly. That aside, she ignored us completely, no acknowledgement, even closing the door right before me. When we stepped in, she did not speak to us at all, treating us disrespectfully. A Spanish couple walked in and she greeted them nicely. Anyway, she's a disgrace to the beautiful Spanish people we have encountered so far.
