La Quinta de Chamartín — Restaurant in Madrid

If possible I would give 1 million stars!!!! We have been there yesterday at the massive blackout in Spain. We wanted to eat there before our flight. Because we had no mobile service we were not aware of the dimension of the blackout. As we wanted to go we noticed that everything is down and there is massive chaos. The the owner and his workers called us a taxi in just an few minutes and he gave us money for the taxi and food for the airport just in case we cannot pay with card. The tapas here are excellent, and the meat is equally impressive. I tried the tortilla, which was perfectly made, and the patatas bravas, served with a delicious and flavorful sauce. The ensaladilla rusa was absolutely amazing, one of my favorites. The meat dish was served generously with lots of potatoes and peppers, making it a hearty and satisfying meal.
