Sin duda alguna, este establecimiento se ha convertido en mi lugar favorito en Madrid. Ayer tuve la oportunidad de cenar allí una vez más, y disfrutamos de unas deliciosas setas rebozadas con alioli vegano y verduras con seitán al curry. Cada plato resultó excepcional. Debo destacar que cada elección en su carta es un verdadero acierto. Incluso si por casualidad solo tienen la posibilidad de visitar el lugar de pasada, me gustaría compartir tres recomendaciones imprescindibles: las setas rebozadas, la tabla de babaganush, hummus y paté, y las croquetas. Aunque sinceramente dudo que puedan resistirse a no repetir, y personalmente insisto en que prueben cada opción de la carta. Además del maravilloso sabor, cabe resaltar que el menú es completamente vegetariano/vegano, ofreciendo platos abundantes a precios muy atractivos, lo cual será un deleite tanto para su bolsillo como para su paladar.
