Milwaukee Burger Avda America | Hamburguesas Madrid — Restaurant in Madrid

The only thing I didn’t like about this place was that they asked us to tip on the credit card machine like they do in the U.S and Canada. Por favorrr, don't bring the horrible tipping culture here to Spain.

That being said, this was probably the best smash burger I’ve had in Madrid.

The service was really fast, well we went on a Monday night. So that’s probably why.

As a Canadian that’s tried amazing burgers from Canada and the U.S., Spain doesn’t do burgers the same, there’s something missing usually.

I have had a bunch of smash burgers around Madrid and finally, this place makes them really well! They use a lottt of butter, but I enjoyed it.

They up-sold us the spicy onion rings and they were so tasty too, it was worth it.

Luckily I live close by so they’ll be seeing me more often.

The lady who attended us when we arrived to the restaurant was quite rude. When I and my wife arrived, the restaurant was totally empty; we said we were 6 persons in total and she said that then we couldn’t have a seat until the others arrive. This was the most ridiculous thing I had ever heard. And then we asked, what we were going to do until they arrive, wait standing? she said this is the company policy, she can’t give us seat; with a quiet rude attitude. She literally told us to wait standing for our friends to arrive, in a totally empty restaurant!! I didn’t want to eat there and we wanted to leave but while we were leaving the friends arrived and we just sat but we had already lost the spirit. I also believe the food quality better in the malasaña branch ( as you can see I had written a 5 star review for them long time ago ). Never again...

🍽 Visita al nuevo local recién abierto de @millwaukee_burger, en la Avda. de América 26(Madrid). Han conservado la misma filosofía, una barra muy larga con taburetes muy cómodos donde degustar, cara a la cocina, las extraordinarias Smash “butter” burgers sin lechuga ni tomate, solamente burger, hechas con mantequilla de Wisconsin (la carne) con su famosa salsa Milwaukee. Sin lugar a dudas mis favoritas y las mejores de Madrid.

👉 Nuevo Local más amplio, te sientas siempre a lo largo de la barra donde podrás ver cómo las cocinan y preparan.

👉 Dispone de servicio a domicilio por @glovo_es @ubereats.es

👉 Una buena carta de cervezas de todo tipo, La Segre en multiples variantes, Blue moon(Belga), Staropramen, Coors (americana), etc…😝

👉 !!!! Dispone de terraza como gran Novedad !!!!

👍 Las burgers !!!! No llevan ni Lechuga ni tomate !!!!

➡️ Milwaukee burger(13,95€), Doble Smash burger, Bacon pero “doble”. Increíble la contundencia de la carne, súper crujiente, súper sabrosa y super mega rica, cuando masticas esta “costra” de esta carne “cruje” con el bacon, es que la percibes en cada dentellada …. Para mi es una burger 🔝 subida al podium de los Dioses de las “Smash burgers”. Ojo que es una burger que te saciará completamente con su doble carne de 180gr.

➡️ Sandwich de pollo crujiente picante(11,95€), Filete de muslo de pollo marinado, pepinillo, ensalada de col y salsa picante, al igual que las de ternera, una generosa porción de pollo muy suave de textura y un buen sabor, sin duda de las mejores de pollo que puedes comer en Madrid. como único “pero” me gustaba más el sabor y textura del formato anterior con pechuga de pollo que maceraban durante unas horas en suero de mantequilla. Como podéis ver en la foto es formato “burger” aunque lo llamen en carta sándwich.

➡️ Wisconsin Cheese Fries 7,95€ (Patatas Fritas Milwaukee, salsa de queso, salsa búfalo, salsa Ranch, cebolla estofada estilo Milwaukee) me han parecido super mega ricas !!!!

📌🍴Calificación Millwaukee burger como 🔝 y subida al primer peldaño del PODIUM de las doble SMASH BURGERS como la Nº1 indiscutible. 2º lugar para @burger_jazz y 3º para @pinks .
