Diamond Esports Center — Local services in Madrid

Been here many times and what happened today was the most extreme of incompetence. I already had some bad experiences due to the lack of organization and competence but today was the limit. A supposed “professional valorant team” rented the bootcamp room from 17h onwards, therefore, i rented the computer that i always play from 12h until 17h to play. Today the girl comes to me mentioning that now the team decided to come at 14h30 and that i had to leave without even taking into consideration that i am also a client and that i did nothing wrong. So of course, i am during a match (WHISLT IN THE HOUR RANGE THAT I BOOKED) and she comes to me saying that IF I DONT LEAVE SHE WILL TURN OFF MY COMPUTER. I really would like to speak with the shareholders of this place to understand if they are aware of such practices towards clients. It is not the first time that such thing happens, and they are definitely on the road of one day closing doors for treating clients differently. This place blew me away. The setup is top-tier high-end PCs, comfortable chairs, super clean environment, and the lighting and vibe make it feel like you’re walking into a real pro-level gaming arena. Whether you’re playing solo, with friends, or just watching others compete, the atmosphere is electric. The staff are super friendly and actually know what they’re talking about when it comes to games and tech. They were quick to help and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. I’ve been to a few gaming centers before, but nothing comes close to Diamond Esport in terms of quality, energy, and overall experience. Having been to all gaming centers in Madrid, Elite Gaming Center is by far the best one. Not only do you have the choice from many popular gaming brands such as Razer, Corsair, HyperX and more, the computers are also all well equipped, all having mechanical keyboards, high range mice and headphones, and all having 144hz monitors. There is also an upstairs bar, which is great and adds to the atmosphere.
