I consider myself a bit of an accomplished pizza critic, this place is underwhelming, considering the setup they have, one should expect a better quality product than my wife and I experienced.
However - and, admittedly it's a pretty large however. I'm an English speaker, as is my wife - when we arrived we were greeted with warmth, and the waiter was more than willing to accommodate using Google translate to get through the conversation. As an Australian who has visited Italy and whose culture has been influenced by Italians, I find this pizza less than ordinary.
An extremely thin base; undercooked and very wet with tooo much sauce and nut enough cheese. Meant to be a Margarita but more like a Maria or Conxita.
Two olives and a leaf of basil - a mistake? Under generous portion?
