Ostras Pedrín Chamberí — Restaurant in Madrid

If you are an oyster lover, Ostras Pedrín is your place to go. With its layout around a beautiful U shaped bar, additional with some high small tables, it is just perfect to enjoy some delicious oysters by yourself or in nice company.

The interior design for me is stylewise like a mix of a beautiful modern bar with a touch of a cool fish shop. The blue and white striped shirts of the staff are a nice marine touch and the original napkins an additional sweet detail (while as a German I would be happy for napkins which actually absorb something ... knowing that no Spanish would agree with me on that matter haha).

The service is attentive and friendly and if you have got questions regarding the menu, just ask, the staff will help you!

We went for a plate of basically all sorts of oysters which were available at that time and were not disappointed. It was delicious to taste the differences and the recommended white wine just perfect.

A personal favourite for some bubbles and seafood nibbles. Of course their speciality is oysters and they have an abundance of local options and French varieties to choose from (I prefer the cold water Galician or Asturian), but other seafood delights like the mojama, "cañaillas" sea snails, and the Spanish caviar go super well with the drinks offerings. This is a special place with lovely staff and a nice clientele that you will likely end up sparking a conversation with. Aim to spend a bit of time here in petit comité, chill out with a glass in your hand and easy bites...it won't disappoint. I love this place. Ostras Pedrín Chamberí manages to feel both casual and local, yet sophisticated thanks to the quality of the food. It’s the kind of spot where you can drop in without fuss, but end up enjoying dishes that rival some of the best in Madrid.

The seafood is outstanding—fresh, clean, and beautifully presented. I especially recommend trying their selection of fish and the cured fish roe, which are absolute highlights. And of course, the oysters are a must; they’re among the best I’ve had in the city.
