When I Visited: We had lunch at Paellitas on a sunny afternoon.

Food/Drink Details 🍤: The menu includes various types of paella and fideuà (a delicious small pasta alternative to rice). I had the fideuà, and it was amazing—rich flavor, perfectly cooked. It takes about 20 minutes to get your personal paella, but it’s totally worth the wait. Don’t skip the croquetas as a starter—they were next level.

Service 🤝: The service was fantastic. Victor was an incredible host—friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home.

Estos sitios que salen tanto en redes sociales actualmente, luego cuando los pruebas en persona pierden muchísimo porque vas con unas expectativas que nada tienen que ver con la realidad.

Lo primero de todo, el concepto de paellas y arroces individuales mola y es un buen enganche, pero oye... de cantidad se quedan bien cortos. Importante también que no llamen a todo paella y que se hable con propiedad (detalles importantes).

Pedimos paella valenciana y arroz al horno. La paella estaba fría y el arroz a buena temperatura, recién sacado del fuego y la paella llevaba un rato esperando para salir a la vez (supongo). Pedimos antes un entrante de bravas. Le llaman entrante a una patata troceada en trozos pequeños y salsa no brava... (aquí ya dejan de hablar con propiedad). El precio que se paga por esa mier_ _ de entrante es un robo(8,50€). Me sentí estafada.. La paella de sabor ni fú ni fá, le faltaba sabor, había poquitod trozos de carne... el arroz al horno estaba bien, pero nada que pensaras enseguida en la terreta.

Segundo y más importante: los tiempos. No puedes prometer que el entrante saldrá lo primero rápidamente y la paella tarda 20 minutos en salir, cuando la realidad es que te sacan el entrante pasados 22 minutos de haberlo pedido y la paella/arroz a los 37 minutos (y en el caso de la valenciana, fría). Llámame tiquismiquis, pero cuando tengo hambre no perdono este tipo de errores que para mí son falsas esperanzas. Y por supuesto que podía haber pedido que me calentaran la paella, pero no quería arriesgarme a estar, a saber cuánto tiempo real, esperando a que la calentaran. Preferí comerla fría antes que esperar.

Aconsejo que antes de ir, os deis de alta como usuario en su newsletter del Club Fallero para que os beneficiéis de sus múltiples descuentos y vayáis con un 2x1 o noches gratis. La verdad que hay bastantes descuentos aunque eso sí, una vez a la semana te llega un correo de Carmen contándote sus cositas.

La decoración del sitio era preciosa, eso sí. A mí me recordó a aguas ibicencas. El baño, es compartido entre hombres y mujeres, cosa que no sé si la normativa lo permite ya en España... pero es accesible.

En cuanto a accesibilidad en silla de ruedas, el baño es accesible, pero el hueco entre mesas es tan minúsculo, que llegar hasta el baño yo creo que es una carrera de obstáculos.

La distancia entre mesas es de 20cm. El lugar está muy bien decorado, pero es minúsculo por completo. Habrá como mucho mesas para seis mesas dentro para 18 personas aproximadamente. Y fuera, en la terraza hay más mesas, pero no las conté.

Nosotros volveremos para quitarme la espinita y poder cambiar la reseña, pero obvio que voy a volver con descuento porque pagar otra vez 45€ y tener que irme a otro sitio a comer algo más porque te quedas con hambre... no es nada...

Good: The head waitress is 5 stars! She was attentive, kind and helpful. The restaurant itself is very intimate and clean. The croquettes were wonderful!

Could improve: Initially it seems good to have individual paellas because everyone can have what they want but honestly these weren't good. You can taste that they use cheap tomate frito in the paella instead of making a real sofrito from scratch. The few pieces of meat (4- two inch pieces) they gave us were super tough and the rice was hard. We were the only ones in the restaurant so there was no excuse. It was also really strange that the meat was tough because we were told that many of the parts were premade which is why you can't make substitutions. To add, the portion is very small for what you're paying. The pans are very wide but shallow. The 6.50€ tomato salad is literally 1 beef tomato a half of onion...
